It is already normal for us to hear people saying, "Isn't it amazing that you know your soulmate when you meet them?" or "I envy you for being able to ensure your soulmate! The guy I'm with, I don't even know if he's the one."

It does sound amazing, right? The idea of having someone who fits you perfectly, who understands you wholly, and yet loves you to the deepest core despite your weaknesses, is just simply wonderful. Moreover the idea of being able to tell who it is from the rest of humanity.

But it is not that way for us, the colorless people. We cannot tell the difference of red or blue until we meet our destined one. We do not even know if we will ever find them. One can dream of travelling the world until they meet them but the chance of finding them is still so small. What should we do if we get stuck in this black and white world forever and die without even knowing the color of the clothes we are wearing at our last moments?

If we do find them one day, and they are already married and have kids, should we force them to divorce? If they have not been born to this world yet, what could we do? What if they are in their seventies, would you still marry them even though you know how little time you have left with them?

What is so wonderful about having a soulmate if you can't have them?

Being together, almost for half a day, finding a place to stay was quite exhausting.

The two girls were both thankful that they were able to look for a dorm where they only accept girl tenants. Both of them thought that it would be safer and easier, since the risk was smaller for someone else from inside the dorm to harm them.

"The landlord texted, he said, 'After going up the stairs, turn right and knock on the third door you see. That will be the place where you can stay...'" The lady informed her friend.

"I wonder why he didn't tell us to greet him first.." the friend said, before shrugging her shoulder, didn't care about the answer either way.

Following instructions, they trudged upstairs while carrying their valuables.

'Baby baby geudaeneun
Caramel Macchiato~'

"Ooh! Someone's singing your favorite song, chinggu-yah!" She playfully hits her friend's arm.

'Baby, baby, tonight~~'

They rang the doorbell of the area. "They're here!" A mature voice was heard from inside.

Not long enough, a pretty woman opened the door for them to enter.

Upon seeing the people inside, time felt like it was slowing down, and they could not bring their bodies to move.

Both of the ladies were in shock, and so were the other tenants. They did not know how to deal with this coincidence, and these females know for sure that the other ladies felt it too.

One of them stepped forward, making sure that she chose the right words to ask one of the new arrivals.

"Do you... Perhaps.."

The pair shared glances, still cannot believe what was happening just now.

"Yes. Yes we can, and yes..." The older one paused, ".. We have."

All tenants started to feel the connection between each of them, and they were not sure if they like it or not.

What does this mean? Is it the red thread of fate that bring the six of them together? Or is it destiny playing with them?

Why?
