Abusado ako. Ayan lang masasabi ko. I end up ordering a lot of food. From chicken and rice meal down to their appetizers. Di pa kasama and milkshake and desserts. Sorry but not sorry Augustus. I'm sad and I want to eat a lot. Augustus doesn't mind me ordering a lot of food. He even told me that I can order more if I want to.
"I'll say it again. You can order pa but please finish everything, ok? Madaming nagugutom ngayon wag ka mag-aaksaya ng pagkain. I wonder saan mo ilalagay lahat ng food na yan. " he said but with a glint of amusement in his eyes.
"Ikaw rin order ka pa. Kakahiya naman dami kong inorder tapos ikaw ramen lang. Order ka pa kaya? " I said
"Naaah, busog na ako dito. Ikaw ang umorder pa. I want to see you smile again. Bilis mag shift ng mood mo. From gloomy to happy just because may food sa harap mo. So there feel free to order more food. I want to see you smile again"
"Yup, I can easily change my mood. Who can say no to food? Hmmmm? Food is life. Wait ka lang oorder pa ako mamaya. " sabi ko sabay taas ng dalawa kong kilay sa kanya na ikinatawa naman niya. Gurl! Ang ganda ng tawa ng sobrang manly like buong-buo yung boses but sexy. Sexy what??? Omg? I shake my head to brush off the thoughts.
"So, wanna tell me what's bothering you? See you can tell me anything. I'm your new friend after all "
Hays, since I'm really sad. I found myself telling the story of how I'm helping my bestfriend get his ideal girl to be his girlfriend.
"You know what's worst. I'm in love with my bestfriend" there I said it in front of Augustus. So much for being the new friend.
"You know what? That sounds so cliché. Sorry, i don't have any intentions to offend or disregard your feelings but it's really cliché. You know typical bestfriends then one falling inlove with the other one then ending it's just a one sided love. "
"Yeah I know it's cliché but what can I do? Di ko naman natututruan ang puso ko kung sino ang iibigin ko. And you know what my friends are actually telling me to sabotage Lex's courtship so that I can have him. I feel so bad for actully considering it." I said while mushing the chocolate cake infront of me
"Hey stop mushing that cake. Kawawa naman. You know what, don't feel bad cause I know you won't do it. Your a good girl after all. " sabi niya sabay kindat sa akin while patting my head
Woah napabuga na lang ako ng hangin sa sinabi niya sabay tanggal ng kamay niya sa ulo ko. "Ako good girl tapos sinabi mo pa ayun while patting my head ano ako aso?!! " pero nakatawa ako habang sinasabi yun.
Napuno ng tawanan ang area namin ni Augustus. He's really a funny guy. Actually ang kulit niya and he's always making fun of me. Well after ko maubos lahat ng inorder ko. Nag-aral ako ng kaunti for my subject tomorrow. Ganun din ginawa ni Augustus, nag-aral din siya. Pagkatapos kong mag-aral nag offer ulit si Augustus na umorder daw ulit ako kasi daw baka nagutom ako sa kaka-aral. And dahil abusado ako today I'll take the offer. Nag order ulit ako ng cake and siya rin nag order ng cake. Red velvet yung akin samantalang siya blueberry cheesecake.
After naming maubos yung biglang hinalungkat ni Augustus yung bag niya. He look surprised while looking at his phone. Then bigla niyang sinabi " Hey, it's already 8:30pm. Woah hindi ko namalayan ang oras"
Its my turn to be surprised. I abruptly get my phone in my bag nagulat din ako kasi 8:30 pm na. Well di lang pala gulat kinabahan din ako kasi meron akong 30 missed calls. Like what 30 missed calls. Jusko kung si mama to malalagot ako neto.
"Hey you okay? Namumutla ka. "
"Augustus kailangan na nating umuwi, feeling ko hinahanap na ako sa amin. See may 30 missed calls na. omg lagot ako nito. " Hindi na sumagot pa si Augustus and agad kaming nag ayos ng gamit at agara ng lumabas ng cafe/restaurant.
"Graciela ihahatid na kita pauwi, past 8 na and delikado na sa daan mas mapapabilis ka pauwi if ihahatid na kita may dala naman akong kotse. "
Nag agree na ako kay Augustus kasi tama naman siya mas mapapabilis ako ng pag uwi if ihahatid niya ako.
Nung nasa labas na kami at nasa parking lot ay biglang nag ring ang phone ko. Si Lex ang tumatawag at agad ko namang sinagot.
" hello" sagot ko
"FINALLY! SUMAGOT KA RIN GRACIELA! NASAAN KA BA? KANINA PA KITA HINAHANAP. KANINA PA KITA TINATAWAGAN! DI KA SUMASAGOT SA PHONE MO! ANO PANG SILBI NIYAN KUNG HINDI MO GAGAMITIN. " pasigaw na sabi ni Lex
"Hey chill nasa mall lang ako kumain. "
"SA MALL KUMAIN?! MULA LUNCH HANGGANG NGAYON NASA MALL KA PARIN?! TELL ME NA SAAN KA? MAY KASAMA KA BA? "
"I told you Lex chill. Yes mula lunch pa ako nandito and yes may kasama ako. "
"Diyan ka lang susunduin na kita." sagot ni Lex pero medyo huminahon na.
"No need Lex, ihahatid na ako ni Augustus."
"Augustus? Sinong Augustus? Don't tell me si Christoffer Augustus Tan ang kasama mo buong maghapon? " He said with a glint of irritation in his voice.
"Uhm, yes siya nga so ah sige mamaya na lang, ok? Tawagan kita if nakauwi na ako" agad kong pinatay ang tawag at hindi ko na siya hinayaan na sumagot pa.
"So sakay na, para maihatid na kita sa inyo. " Augustus said while smiling.
Pagkapasok ko ay tinanong na niya agad kung saan ako nakatira. I answer him while checking my phone. So ayun lagot talaga ako 5 missed calls from my mother then another 5 from my father then 20 missed calls from Lex. I'm so dead pag-uwi ko. Waaaahh paano na to???
