There it goes
The sun sets on this world
The sky darkness
As the day dies
To daylight we say bye
As left in its place is an ephemeral light
A beauty only seen when day meets night
That's when I realize
Even when upon me the sun can't shine
It's still giving me it's wondrous light
Crepuscular rays of the twilight
Refracted upon the moon to moonlight
Never gone
Always bright
Just step out this world of darkness
It exists amongst the starry canvas
Of painted space in the astronaut's eyes
Fueling life
Our sun
Eternal light
