A/N: basically the phone call continues and you guys decide to meet up since your both back in your hometown

*You and Nate agree to meet up outside of your old High School, convienently located near a coffee shop.*
You see Nate in the parking lot.
Filled with joy you run over to him and hug him super tightly.
You examine him throughly, you see that he hasn't changed much since High school,
Glasses, dimples, black fluffy hair, brown eyes.

Nate; still with his face smothered in your shoulder;
"How are you Y/N/N!" He asks in a muffled voice.
You release from his hug and step back, you look at him, with a anxious and slightly depressed look.
"Not terribly good-" you say to him, not really looking at his face.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked in a more serious voice.
You liked the sound of his deep voice, it was oddly reasurring, and relaxing.
"Yeah." You say quietly.

*You and Nate walk across the street to a little coffee shop so you can talk*

You order a hot chocolate with whip cream and marshmallows, Nate gets a cup of warm tea.
You go to sit down in at the table in the very middle of the restaurant

(A/N If you've watched 13 Reasoms Why, the cafe is similar to Monet's)

You both stare akwardly at each other from across the table, then Nate breaks the silence.
"So, what's up?" He asks
You sigh and look down at your drink.
"College wasn't fun."
Nate nods.
"What sucked about it?" He kindly asks.

"Well... For starters, all four years I changed roommates about 6 times per semester, Every guy I dated was a desperate ass hole who either cheated on me or dumped me at a party in front of my friends, so that's why I've moved away from [insert name of town where your college was], and decided to just chill here in
[Town name] for a little."

Nate had a puppy dog look on his face, which usually meant he felt sorry, or he was worried about someone or something.

"Oh my god, I'm sorry..." He says.
"So why did you change roommates?"

Nobody ever asks you that question so you kind of hesitate to answer.

"Uh well, I don't room well with other girls, but mainly the reason Ive has 24 roommates is because all of them backstabbed me or spread rumors about me on campus."
You say.

"What bitches! Anyway, just remember that that part of your life's over, now you can move on." Nate says.

Nates words of wisdom were calming, out of all the shit you went threw during college, it was nice to have an Ali.
