I wake up on my sleeping fluff. I am in my small house in the middle of the village. The village consists of twenty small houses, all are built with two small rooms each. In the rooms fit a large sleep center with fluff and blanket. Across from the fluff is a screen that comes on a night, nap time, and when I am ill. It shows brilliant stories of princesses and adventures.

It also contains a food area where meals are delivered at least twice daily when I am asleep, attending classes, or playing in my fence. The meals will consist of either pellet like balls that have no real taste, or a pet food like nuggets or pasta. It depends on what mood the Keepers observe I am in that day.

In the corner opposite the food corner is a enclosed play area. The small gate swings open and closed and there are blocks, dolls, dress up clothes, toy mice, and balls among other things placed on shelves and in chests that are kept clean by the same unseen force bringing the foods.

Lastly there is a corner that is completely walled off. It has a pool of water which is always full and always hot and the potty station where the water that goes away comes back clean and refreshed.

I take off my flowing, pink dress and step into the pool and sit on the underwater ledge. As soon as I do the water begins to fizz and fragrant bubble appear. Then, the washing begins. I sink down under the water for ten seconds and when I emerge I am clean. It is a routine I have had for as long as I can remember.

As I step out the bubbles cease and I step on to the cushiony pad. As soon as I have I feel a pleasantly warm wind all around me, in matter of minutes I am completely dry. I turn and put my back to the wall and a soft tugging feeling starts on my hair. I wait patiently for the sensation to stop before walking to the shelf. The surface holds what was expected. Placed atop was a fluffy, blue dress. I put it back, close my eyes, raise my arms, and wait. When I open them again I am adorned in the lovely thing.

I go sit by my door, I will wait for my keeper to retrieve me for class. Classes are broken up into two sections. In the morning we have math, English, and science. Then we have our daily check in with our vets. Finally I alternate between the child and animal "classes" before returning home for meal and nap before play with the others.

My Keeper arrives and I notice today is a short, kind looking female. The Keeper changes every day. It is animal day, I can tell as the keeper places a matching blue collar around my neck. She pats her pockets and seems to be in thought for a moment. Then her face lights up and she makes her way to the pool room. When she hurries batch she has the leash part of the set. She clips it on and we exit the house.

I feel my feet touch the grass and I want to run and play but I refrain. It is not play time yet, the Keeper would not approve. I see the big building right ahead and I am excited to see the others. We are not allowed to speak with each other during class. We are only allowed to speak during play time on child days. On animal days we are allowed to wrestle as long as it does not escalate. We enter the grand hall and I see the others with their Keepers all hurrying to the lecture room. We are all lead to the our seats where the Pets are clipped to stations and little ones are given orders to sit still and take notes. Our keepers exit leaving only books, pens, and the words of a professor in their place.
