Chapter 25: All I Ask

*THE NEXT DAY*
[JADE'S POV]

Nagising ako na kayakap ako ni Russell.

"Good morning sunshine!" He said.

I gave him a kiss in his forehead

"Good morning my prince!"

Then we shared a sweet but short kiss. That's part of our daily routine.

"Let's eat na. What do you want? I'll cook today." He said. Ang sweet talaga ni Russell kasi ako nalang lagi nagluluto. Nakakapagod kaya!

"It's up to you. Ikaw ang magluluto hindi ako."

"Fine."

Lumabas na siya ng kwarto, pumunta ako sa CR.

I heard Russell sing my favorite song. Back at Chicago, he'll always sing that to me when I'm feeling sad.

I came out of the bathroom and went to the kitchen.

Like we're not scared of what is coming next or scared of having nothing left

He hasn't noticed that I'm right behind him. Then I started to sing. I didn't tell you guys before, I'm like Russell, a singer. I joined school competitions and won mostly of them and I had the lead role of our school musicals "My Girl" and "My Girl 2". And I also play guitar.

He turned around and now he is facing me. We continued to sing. He put his hands around my waist and my hands around his neck.

"Oo. Nalala ko si Russell kasi yun yung kinanta niya nung grand finale ng PBS. And may babae din kumakanta. Parang girlfriend yon ni Russ, si Jade."

"Loves, impossible na nandito sila. Nasa Chicago sila diba?"

"Oo nga no. Baka pagod pa ko!"

[NIEL'S POV]

"Kisses, naririnig mo yun?" Tanong ko.

"Oo. Parang si Russell kung kumanta."

"Babe, ano kasi. Nakita ko yung post ni Jade, yung gf niya sa Instagram na nakauwi na sila pero hindi ko alam kung nasaan sila."

"Babe, baka naman hindi lang dito sila nakatira baka sa ibang lugar."

"Oo nga no. Hayaan mo na."

Hays! Namiss ko na yung ka'half ko!! RussNiel is and will always be better.

[RUSSELL'S POV]

"I missed your singing voice!" I told Jade. She used to sing to me before we entered this relationship.

"Mambobola!" She answered back.

"Hindi ah! Ang ganda kaya ng boses mo." She started to blush when said that.

"Ewan ko sayo!" Still blushing.

"Sing to me! Please!" I begged.

This song is the one that me and Jade would play on our wedding day if it happens and I'm sure it will.

This is our theme song. We were so in love with each other but non of us hasn't noticed it.

I started to sing with her.
