Today is my first official day of college. We moved my stuff in the dorms on Saturday so I would be settled in today (Monday). My parents hugged me tight as they said there goodbyes. Even though I'm not even that far away from them. Only an hour. I already met my roommate when I moved my stuff.
"Piper! Yay! You're here! Finally!" My roommate Daisy exclaimed as she walked into the door.
"Daisy! It's so good to see you! Are you as nervous as I am?" I asked.
"Not nervous! Just excited!"
Daisy doesn't know about my past and I intend to keep it that way. The first guy I ever really liked turned out to be my stalker, and then ended up kidnapping me! Luckily he's behind bars but I can still feel his presence wherever I go. It gives me the creeps. I just can't stop thinking about him.
"Alright well I'll leave my baby alone! I love you!" My mom cried as she was led out the door by my dad.
"Have fun, girls! And remember no drinking, drugs, or parties!" My dad yelled as I shut the door behind him.
"Ugh, finally!" I yelled laughing.
"Alright! Let's go to the activities fair!" Daisy screamed excitedly.
