"Hey Keith," Lance called, slowly rising from the bed him and Keith shared. Keith groaned, rolling around in his sleep before actually getting up.
"Yes Lance...?"
"I promised you that I'd forever be by your side, right?" Lance asked, wrapping his arms around Keith's waist.
"Y-yeah, why?" Lance snaked one hand from Keith's waist and reached for his pocket. He gripped a small black box tightly.
"It's about time I fully fulfilled that promise to you."
"Lance..what are you---"
"Keith Kogane, pilot of the red lion of Voltron, I ask you to make me the happiest men alive in space, and let me take your hand in marriage?" Lance asked, his Galra ears flapped happily as he held up the box to his lovers face.
"Lance! Oh my goodness yes! Yes! I will!" Keith nodded eagerly, Now fully awake. He snatched the ring up and shoved it onto his finger. That morning was full of Keith's screams of joy, and Allura's groans.
