I turned around to run back upstairs, but what was in front of me gave me such a fright, my heart almost leaped from my chest- not in the romantic way. Before I had time to react he held his gloved finger to my mouth. He leaned into my ear and whispered.

"Shhh. Now, be a good girl and turn around slowly. Walk into that room and, try to keep calm. We aren't here to hurt you." His voice was smooth, soothing, honest and reassuring. Weird right? He sounded about my age as well though his voice was deeper than the window lookers'. Why are such young people getting into such messed up stuff?

"Then, what are you here for?" I whispered back. I wasn't expecting an answer, I mean, why tell your hostages your plans?

"Originally, we'd come to hurt someone else, Faith." Totally disturbed by the fact that this stranger knew my name, I stepped away and headed into the room with haste. Both Trinity and Kyle frowned when they saw me.

The stranger from before cleared he's throat grabbing the rests attention before following me in close behind. Kyle sent me a worried stare, silently asking if I was alright. I slowly nodded and turned my attention to the leader.

"Please, don't hurt them. They've never done anything honestly good for others and should still be given a second chance..."

"More like 689th chance." The window looker retorted, I ignored him and continued.

"We will give you anything you desire that is currently in our possession and/or do whatever you want." I turned back to 'my family' with a bored expression. Kyle nodded and helped Trinity to her feet after drying her tears. As she stood up Tri- Umm, is she aware that her, her underwear fell down from under her skirt and if not, should I tell her? Oh my, that's embarrassing. My train of thought was interrupted by the stranger behind me.

"Come with us." The teenager at the window burst out laughing getting the wrong message but quieted down when all his partners gave him pointed looks. The leader sighed looking at his watch.

"She'll be leaving with us weather she likes it or not." Then started mumbling stuff along the lines of: "Damn, should've come in a bigger car." Kyle snapped and began playing the role of a protective father.

"No! I can't allow this. You will not tough her! She is..."

"Alright, can we go now? If our neighbors got suspicious about the gun fire, then the police should be on their way." I interrupted. It's not that I want to leave with them, but rather that I want to get away from my life. Even if this isn't the best way; I could get raped and sold in the black market or something. I know there are many who have it much worse than I do.

"Hey, she's ours. Y-you can't take her! She belongs to us!" Trinity thought it was a good time to say something. I face palmed at her stupidity, she just made matters worse.

"Great job Trinity. Now they have another reason to take me." Our captors nodded. She frowned so I continued.

"The terms and conditions- if one could call them that- I laid out before state that as long they don't hurt you two, they could take what they want and make us do anything. Now, they're making me leave with them, so I have to obey. You made things worse by saying 'she's ours' and 'she belongs to us', implying that I am an item and therefore your possession; which they can take." She stood there stunned. I sighed rubbing my arm.

"Trinity, I think it'd be best if you sat down." She opened her mouth but then closed it. She settled for just shaking her head.

"No Trinity, I really think you should sit down." Clearing my throat I averted my eyes to her slick olive skinned legs, which I noticed are slightly wet. Did she pee on herself? Is she that scared? Wait, that's not clear enough to be sweat or urine but it's a rather thick substance. Looking down she blushed and dropped to the floor again.

"We need to leave." The stranger behind me placed his hand on the small of my back, ushering me towards the exit. With a small nod of goodbye to Trinity and Kyle, I turned away from their panicked expressions and headed out in silence.

How am I so calm right now? I understand that this is the most 'chilled' kidnapping I've experienced but seriously, I should at least be scared for my life. I was brought out of my thoughts by a frustrated outcry. Whipping around it felt like time suddenly stopped.

Trinity stood with a gun in her hands (all clothing items on, by the way). Kyle made no move to stop her as she lifted it up but one of the armed men threw their gun towards the other before running towards my sister. For a second I thought it was aimed at me until I realized that I now stood behind the stranger with the soothing voice.

"No, Trinity don't! What you're about to do isn't right."

I pulled the stranger back which I'll admit was quite hard; the guy was as rooted as an oak tree. I too started to advance towards her but just before anyone could reach her, she pulled the trigger.
