Louis:

(Y/N) and I had been dating for a while now. It was clear to me, pretty soon actually, that she was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. But how do you tell something like that to someone? So, I came up with an idea. Doing what I did best.. How else could I let her know how much she means to me better than a song? I finished the song a while ago and today would be the day, I am going to sing it for her. After all, it is our one year anniversary.

She came home and plopped her bags on the ground. ''Hi babe.'' I said as I kissed her cheek. ''Hi'' she smiled and looked at me. ''You know what day it is?'' I took her hand and her eyes lit up. ''Our anniversary!'' I nodded and asked her to come with me to our little studio in the house. She sat down on the couch and looked at me. ''What are you doing, Lou?'' I smiled and said: ''I have been thinking. How else could I let you know how I feel better than writing a song? And so I did. Want to hear it?'' Her hand flew to her mouth and she nodded. Here goes nothing.

''I think I'm gonna lose my mind,
Something deep inside me, I can't give up,
I think I'm gonna lose my mind,
I roll and I roll 'til I'm out of luck, yeah,
I roll and I roll 'til I'm out of luck,

I'm feeling something deep inside,
Hotter than a jet stream burning up,
I got a feeling deep inside,

It's taking, it's taking all I've got, yeah,
It's taking, it's taking all I've got

'Cause nobody knows you, baby, the way I do,
And nobody loves you, baby, the way I do,
It's been so long, it's been so long, maybe you are fireproof,
'Cause nobody saves me, baby, the way you do

I think I'm gonna win this time,
Riding on the wind and I won't give up,
I think I'm gonna win this time,
I roll and I roll, 'til I change my luck,
I roll and I roll, 'til I change my luck

'Cause nobody knows you, baby, the way I do,
And nobody loves you, baby, the way I do,
It's been so long, it's been so long, you must be fireproof,
'Cause nobody saves me, baby, the way you do

'Cause nobody knows you, baby, the way I do,
And nobody loves you, baby, the way I do,
It's been so long, it's been so long, maybe you were fireproof,
'Cause nobody saves me, baby, the way you do.''

'Louis... It's beautiful!' She said as she came closer and kissed my lips. 'How can I ever top that?' she followed her sentence. 'You can't.' I smirked and kissed her.

Niall:

(y/n) and I had been friends ever since we were kids. One day I was hanging with the boys. 'Boys.. I have to do something to let her know how I feel.' I said, sighing. 'Well, what does she like?' Louis said. 'She likes songs..' Harry laughed. 'Then write one.' That possibly was the best idea Harry had in a long time. And so I wrote a song.

Later that night, I called (y/n). 'Hi (y/n)!' 'Hi Niall!' 'Want to come over tonight?' 'Yes! I'll be there in ten.' 'Álright, I have a little surprise for you.' 'What is that?' 'What I said... A surprise, you'll see.' 'Alright then... See you in a bit.' 'Alright!' Ten minutes later the doorbell rang. 'Hi!' I said as I opened the door. 'Hi ya!' She said and hugged me. 'So what's the big surprise?' She smiled as we walked to the livingroom. I took my guitar and said: 'I wrote you a song' She looked surprised. 'A song? For me? Let's hear it!' And so I began

 ''I got a heart and I got a soul,
Believe me I will use them both.
We made a start, be it a false one,
I know baby I don't want to feel alone

So kiss me where I lay down,
My hands pressed to your cheeks,
A long way from the playground

I have loved you since we were eighteen,
Long before we both thought the same thing,
To be loved and to be in love
All I can do is say that these arms were made to holding you,
Oh oh
I want a love like you made me feel
When we were eighteen

We took a change,
God knows we tried
Yet all along,
I knew we'd be fine
So pour me a drink,
Oh love
Let's split the night wide open
And we'll see everything we can,
Living love in slow motion, motion, motion

So kiss me where I lay down,
My hand pressed to your cheeks,
A long way from the playground

I have loved you since we were eighteen
Long before we both thought the same thing,
To be loved and to be in love
All I can do is say that these arms were made for holding you,
Oh oh
I want a love like you made me feel,
When we were eighteen

When we were eighteen
Oh lord, when we were eighteen

Kiss me where I lay down,
My hands pressed to your cheeks,
A long way from the playground

I have loved you since we were eighteen
Long before we both thiught the same thing

To be loved, and to be in love
And all I can do is say that these arms were made for holding you,
Oh oh
I want a love like you made me feel,
When we were eighteen
I want a love like you made me feel,
When we were eighteen

I want a love like you made me feel,
When we were eighteen.''
