Before they could say anything another guy made his way in the shop.

I thought about telling him that we were closed but before I could he sat down and demanded a coffee.

Ava's POV

I made the man's coffee and brought it to him.

The whole time he was glaring at my other customer, it was weird and creepy.

"Keep the change" the man said while handing me a fifty dollar bill

"I can't keep this, it's too much" I said in a quiet voice

"I don't care" he angrily got up

A part of me was relieved he would be going, something didn't feel right about him.

If only I knew.

I made my way towards Sebastian, Travis and -wow it just hit me that I have no idea that guys name-

Hmm....maybe I should find out.

I picked up their empty cups and put them on the counter while he gave me a hard look.

Or not... I thought again, this guy isn't worth my time.

I walked over to their table again to collect the money.

Sebastian smiled and reached for his pocket.

The strange man opened the door.

It made a scratching noise and caught my attention.

Before I knew it he pulled out a gun and aimed it at the one whose name I had yet to find out.

In a matter of seconds his gun fired at him.

I didn't even think about it and I throwed myself at him to protect him from the bullet.

We both fell to the ground.

Sudently Sebastian grabs a gun from the behind of his pants and shoots at the stranger.

But it's too late and his shot hits the door.

The stranger is gone.

Travis runs after him.

I stay frozen on the ground.

Then a wave of undeniable pain hits me.

I scream out in pain.

Both men run to my side.

My arm is bleeding, I realise.

Wow. I was in such shock that I didn't notice when the bullet him me.

Hot tears run from eyes endlessly and I have to bite my lip to hold back another scream.

"What the fuck did you do?" I have my eyes closed but I can tell it's him, his blue eyes are glued on me as well as Sebastian's.

"I saved your stupid ass" I choke out

"Well you shouldn't have!"

"Oh so you'd rather have that dude shoot you?"
