*Harry Kim's POV*

Leaning against the chair, I finally let out a sigh. It had been a long trip and I couldn't wait to get back to my apartment in San Francisco. I just needed to ask a certain lady to join me.

As Voyager headed for Earth, I searched all over for her. Soon I found her sitting in the lunch room, reading a book while eating. She had her back to me. A sly smile appeared on my face as I snuck up behind her.

I gently grabbed the pressure point on her side. She gasped loudly and jumped, almost dropping her book. She whipped around and glared up at me.

"Harry! Why would you do that? I hate you!" She yelled at me.

"No you don't," I said, sitting down.

"Yes I do Harry," she said.

"No you don't, Jazzy," I said.

Jazzy glared at me before returning to her book. I watched her for a few moments before deciding to speak.

"Jazzy, I actually had a reason for coming here." I started. "I wanted to ask if you wanted to come live with me when we got back."

"Sure. I really don't have anywhere else to go to that's in the San Francisco Bay area," Jazzy replied. "And I might be going to the Academy a lot, so it would be easier to stay at your place."

I led the way down the bright hallway. Jazzy followed closely behind, carrying her duffle bag. I stopped at my apartment door and grabbed my keys out of my pocket. Sliding the key into the lock, I unlocked the door and opened it.

I stepped in, making sure to step out of the way so Jazzy could come in. It smelled like dust and garbage. I saw and heard Jazzy sniff.

"I know, it smells. My sister didn't have time to come and clean it before I came back," I said, taking Jazzy's bag from her.

"It's ok. It doesn't smell too bad anyways," said Jazzy as she followed me into the guest room. She stood in the doorway, looking around.

"What? Do you not like it?" I asked.

She shook her head a little. "No, it's fine. I kinda like it."

There was a pause in a conversation. I took a second to look at Jazzy. She wasn't much shorter than me, which didn't bother me at all. She had her hair in a bun and was wearing civilian clothes. She looked cute.

"Are you hungry? There's a nice Chinese place down the street," I said.

Jazzy nodded, a cute smile creeping onto her lips. "Sure. I love Chinese food."

We left and went down the street, walking slow. It didn't take us long to get to the restaurant. I opened the door for Jazzy, catching a whiff of her perfume as she walked past. We sat at a table and ordered.

We were there for over an hour, talking and laughing about nothing in particular. It was honestly the best night of my life. As we walked out of the restaurant, I looked down at Jazzy. She had a large smile on her face and a light in her eyes.

"Jazzy, I love you," I said, smiling.

A blush rose on her cheeks as she looked up at me. "Thanks. I love you too."
