Chapter 25

Tylers POV

Today was going to be a great day, and I haven't had one of those in while. The weeks without Y/N were one of the worsts of my life. Losing her is something I never want to happen again. I love her, she's amazing, and now she's finally mine again. Her arm is linked with mine as we wall into school, entering the halls. I stare at her beauty, smiling. As I stop my staring, I notice thhat somethings different. I'm not the one staring. Everyone else is. As me and Y/N walk down the halls, all eyes are on me. Is there something on my shirt? What's going on? I glance at Y/N, looking just as confused me, her arms holding to me tightly. As we continue walking we see a group of girls at there lockers, crying. One of them spots me, and she looks enraged by the sight of me. She runs up to me quickly, her friends following behind. She swings her arm, slapping me flat on the face. My mouth drops, and my hand flys to my face
"This is all your fault!" She yells, everyone watching.
"What the fuck?" Y/N says, looking ready to attack the girl, but she storms off before anything happens.
"What's going on?" Y/N asks me.
"I have no idea." I shrug.

Then I see Josh from down the hall, maybe he knows what this is all about. I walk quickly towards him, Y/N following behind.

"Josh, did you see that, man? What's going on, everybody's staring at me!" I ask him, looking around, some people are still looking at me but most are there lockers now.

"Umm, I heard from somebody that the Eliza girl, she's gone missing." Josh begins to explain.

"How does that have anything to do with Tyler?" Y/N asks.

"Well um, she left behind a suicide note, she's dead, they just haven't been able to find the body yet. And apparently in the note, she talked about you, Tyler." Josh looks down, avoiding my eyes.

"What did she write Josh?" I ask. I don't want to hear what comes next. I know what he'll say but I just don't want to hear this.

"She said it's all your fault, she said she's doing what you told her to." He says.

Y/N looks at me, extremely confused.

"I-I have to get to class, Josh says, walking away.

Y/N speaks to me, but I don't hear anything.

I killed her. This is my fault. I killed somebody.

Y/N shakes me by the shoulders, "Tyler!" She yells, trying to get my attention.

It feels like the walls are closing on me, so much happening all at once. People continue staring at me, knowing what I've done. Y/N continues yelling at me, asking questions, that I have no idea how to answer. The only thing I know how to do is run. I run out of the school, and run until I reach home.
