Samantha's POV

The sound of birds tweeting, and chirping fills my eardrums as I sit in-between Simon's legs as he talks, and smokes with the other guys. He keeps one arm wrapped around my waist, the other has a cigarette delicately placed between his fingers. Every now and then, he kisses my cheek or neck, and asks if I'm okay or if I need anything. I always reply "I'm fine," or "I'm okay." 

It's nice. Just sitting in the middle of the field, relaxing. Everyone is happy. Nothing is happening. It's nice. It's a change to what I'd be usually doing.

Usually, I'd be studying with Ruby and Kindle in the library. Yeah I know, how fucking nerdy. But, that's what I'd do, every fucking weekend. I'll probably still study, but tomorrow. Right now, I'm too chilled, and stress free to worry about studying.

"You okay babe?" Simon asks before kissing my neck, making me smile. "Yeah, I'm fine babe." I smile. He kisses my neck again before resting his head on my shoulder. "You sure?" He asks softly. "I'm sure, babe." I nod. "Good." He mumbles. I just smile as I lean back into him. "Comfy?" He asks as he looks down at me. "Very." I smile up at him. "Good." He smiles back at me before kissing my forehead.

"I love you." He smiles lovingly at me. "I love you too." I smile softly up at him. "Stop being cute you two." Josh says, making us all laugh. "Sorry dad." Simon says teasingly, making us laugh more. "It's alright." Josh chuckles.

"Hey, Sam..." JJ says as he sits down next to me and Simon. "Yeah?" I ask as I look at him. "You don't smoke, do you?" He questions as he sparks up another cigarette. "Nope." I say, shaking my head. "How come?" He asks. "Its never appealed." I simply says. "Ah." He hums. "Why?" I ask, curious. "Just wondered, as Ruby smokes." He says. "She does?" I ask. "Well, used to." JJ says. "When she was with Simon, she did." He says, pointing to Simon. "I never knew that." I mutter as I look at Simon. "Lets not talk about her now." Simon mumbles. "Sorry, you're right." JJ mutters. "Nah, nah. It's alright bro." Simon says as he glances at him. JJ nods before walking off, over to Ethan and Harry.

"Did she really?" I ask as I turn to face Simon properly. "What?" He asks. "Did Ruby really smoke?" I ask. "Mhm." He hums. "Why?" I ask. He shrugs at me, "I don't know."
