Chapter 53: Sick

You both looked at the two who were again exchanging electric gazes with each other.

"Oh no! Here we go again!" You muttered as you scratched your head.

The boys who were inside the bus watched Suho and Kai who were already arguing who will sit beside you. They couldn't help but find it funny.

"Lay, wanna bet? Suho hyung or the Dancing Machine?" Chen whispered.

"I'll go with the Dancing Machine." Lay replied.

"You guys are crazy!" Xiumin who was alone sitting on the other side.

Meanwhile, Chanyeol squeezed in between Suho and Kai as he settled beside you.

"Ya!" Suho and Kai both shouted at him in which Chanyeol covered his ears.

You couldn't take it anymore. You let out a loud sigh which was enough to be heard by everybody.

"Kai and Suho, both of you stop arguing okay? Both of you just sit on the other side!" You said almost gritting your teeth in frustration.

The two were just startled and they just stomped their feets as they settled down on the other row. They both narrowed their eyes on Chanyeol.

"Thanks again for saving me Channie!" You whispered.

"No problem Minnie." He replied.

After that, as you were already complete, you told the driver that you could go. The ride was quite noisy, filled with laughter as a comedy movie was showing on the TV. Baekhyun was mimicking the lead character's sharp voice and all of you found it hilarious. Lay who brought a lot of junk foods in his backpack, after just less than a minute became empty handed as Chen forcefully snatched it away and as Sehun helped him distribute it to others. Poor Lay!

Kris and Tao were sitting beside each other. Kris was just smiling as he observed how happy everybody was. On the other hand, Tao was deeply asleep with his earphones on.

You were already halfway to Chungnam and it seemed like the boys' energy was drained. You could hear some snores which implies that they were already asleep.

However, Suho and Kai were both widely awake as they couldn't help but to looked at Chanyeol who was sitting beside you which made them so so jealous.

Chanyeol who was completely aware that the two were looking at him had an idea in his mind.

"Let's see Minnie on how your two lovers could endure her clingy best friend." He thought as he mischievously grin.

Suddenly, you felt a weigh on your shoulder. It was Chanyeol leaning his head.

"Minnie can't sleep." He whispered.

"What do you want me to do?" You asked in a soft voice as you felt sleepy already.

"Can you please stroke my hair, that helps me get to sleep." He requested as he raised his head so he could looked at you.

"'Kay!" You said then Chanyeol placed again his head on your shoulder as you run your fingers in his soft hair, stroking it gently.

Chanyeol closed his eyes yet he was smiling because he was enjoying for two reasons. First, you stroking his hair. Second, him teasing Suho and Kai.

And it turned out to be successful, making the two jealous as they watched you and Chanyeol with both longing in their eyes wishing they were in his place.

"Lucky derp." Suho muttered.

Kai couldn't help but also agree.

"Hyung, tell me, they are just best friends right?" Kai asked.
