Too Much

Cameron's P.O.V.

I didn't remember much after twelve the night before. Just bunches of movies back to back. I had blacked out after Beauty and The Beast was half through.

I remembered Dan and Phil taking care of me. The way Dan's eyes filled with fear when he found me. Phil's voice when he scolded my mom. He didn't even raise it. He just sounded so upset.

Now my eyes started to flutter open. The sleeves of my sweater ended up rolling up to my elbows. I ended up curled up against Dan with my back against the inside of the couch. Phil was nowhere to be found now but I heard little sounds from the kitchen. Nuzzling closer to Dan's chest I heard a small hum come from him.

His hand was in my hair and I wondered if maybe he had fallen asleep playing with it. Lifting my hand to play with the hair at the nape of his neck I felt him reach to hold my hand. A small groan came out as his eyes opened slightly. "Good morning, beautiful."

Smiling a little, I laced my fingers with his. "Good morning, handsome." I heard a soft chuckle rumble in his chest which made my cheeks flush. "You make a damn good blanket, Haze." Dan snickered making me even more conscious of half of my body being over his.

I went to move then but that earned a grumble as he held me close to him. "Don't." he spoke not at all whining, but demanding. Looking up at his still half asleep face I smiled. His curls fell over his closed eyes.

Before I could say a word I heard Phil clear his throat. Looking at the door I saw him peeking around the corner with a shy smile.

"I um.. Made breakfast if you want some." He said quietly, pointing to the kitchen. I nodded a little and he left my sight again. "Do you have to get up?" Dan asked, this time is was a whine. I giggled and kissed his cheek quickly as to not think about my actions. "I'm hungry."

Getting up carefully I chuckled as he didn't budge. "Well you can get some when you want I suppose." After that I slipped into the kitchen to find Phil sitting in the floor and taking a bite of pancakes.

His face lit up when he saw me and I grinned. "There's a plate for you over there." he said pointing beside the oven. I made my plate then sat in the floor beside him. As I started to eat I heard him start to speak. "Sorry about not being there when you woke up." He said making me turn to meet his shy smile. "We were all three quite the tangled mess." he said quietly as to not wake up Dan in the other room.

I could see him bite his cheek as he pushed around the small bit of food left on his plate. "I was on top of you." He whispered as if he had commited a great sin. His cheeks were such a bright red I couldn't help but giggle. "You should have stayed. I was a little chilly." I teased with a nudge to his shoulder.

"I need to go put in applications around town today." I said after a small moment of silence. Phil had taken mine and his plates and was washing them. I watched him kicking my feet gently from my place sitting on the counter. "That's a good idea. Though I will miss getting you things all the time." He chuckled to himself after that. "Who am I kidding? I still will."

I giggled and saw Dan finally come in. His hair was an even curlier mess now that he was awake which made me smile. Seeing him in his natural state just made me happy. Knowing where everything would be he swiftly made his way around the kitchen and made his own plate. After he had finished, Dan went to find his seat at the table in the lounge.

"I'm making dinner tonight. I feel bad for you cooking all the time, Philly." I said slipping off the counter and hugging him from behind as he dried off the silverware. He chuckled softly and put things away. Turning around he smiled and kissed the top of my head.

Once we made our way into the lounge he sat down in his chair. I sat in mine for a while until Dan finished and patted his leg. Taking in a deep breath I sat in his lap. "Cameron's gonna go turn in applications today." Phil said as Dan wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder.

"You mean I don't get to see my Cammie all the time?" he pouted and nuzzled into my neck. I giggled softly and leaned into him a little. "Not all the time if all goes well." A small noise that represented a whining puppy came from him and Phil laughed. "I'll still be around way too much. Trust me." I laughed reaching back to run my fingers through his soft curls.

I couldn't help but feel I was starting to like him too much. His warm short breaths met my neck and I closed my eyes savoring the feeling for a moment.

"You could never be around too much.."
