Keanna's pov

I reached Emily's door and was about to nock when Emily opened the door and said "I knew you would come. The guys are all inside" I took a breath and walked in the guys all stared at me. Dad said "Keanna?" I smiled and said "hi dad." Paul said "what are you doing here?" I rolled my eyes and said "I was going to come a few days ago but someone's imprints were so up set that I got stuck with dealing with them." Paul said "is she okay?" I nodded and said "she really misses you. Taylor and Jenna miss you boys too." Quill and Jarred popped up at hearing their imprint's names. Quill said "is Jenna okay?" Jarred said "I miss Taylor." I was soon being hugged by little arms. I smiled and said Clair!" She giggled and said "auntie Anna!" I picked her up only to be growled at by Embry. I sighed and handed him Clair. I said "looks like you guys don't trust me anymore." Dad looked down "it's not that." I rolled my eyes and said "I did what I thought was best. We're supposed to protect the humans right? Even if I had to kill my own imprint to protect that baby I would have... as much as I hate the thought I would have done what was necessary to protect that baby. Bella was turned because she was dying and mated to a vampire. We're all the same shape shifters the Cullen's we all want the same thing. I was protecting my imprint and that baby from my family." Embry looked down... I said "dad, what if Emily was a vampire would you still love her? How about you embry?" The three guys with vampire imprints looked at me shocked. Dad said "you know I would." Embry said "I'm sorry Anna." I smiled and said "we're family and families don't apologize we accepted each other with open hearts." Dad looked down. I put my hand on his shoulder and said "I'm still a wolf even if I imprinted or I turn into a vampire. I have the blood of a shapeshifter and there's nothing anyone can do to take that away from me." Dad hugged me. I hugged him back and said "and don't give mom and Seth a hard time. Seth was faced with a tough decision same with the other three bozos. He was protecting his imprint... and following his role model but that's not the point." I looked at the time and said "I've got to head back before Bella wakes up and try's to kill Jake." The guys all started laughing. Quill, jarred, and Paul all looked at me with pleading eyes. I sighed and said "I'll text you when I get the 'okay' from the Cullen's." They nodded. I left

(At the Cullen's)

I walked into the yard to see Jake on the ground and Seth up against a tree. Mel was growling a little trying not to attach Bella for hurting her mate. I shook my head and said "I missed it." Jake said "your so help full Anna." I smiled and said "isn't that what sisters are for?" Jake rolled his eyes. Taylor said "are you sure we weren't switched at birth Anna?" Tena said "you've been asking that for years." Jacob said "Anna was just over all the time and we became friends." Everyone went inside. I walked up to Esme and Carlisle and said "can we talk?" They looked at me then nodded. We walked into the woods out of hearing range. Carlisle said "what's wrong Anna?" I sighed and said "its quill, Paul, and jarred if they don't see the girls i think they might go crazy." Esme said "of course they can come over. The girls need their mates." Carlisle nodded and said "the girls are pretty bad and everyone is pretty worried." I nodded and said "the boys are worse... when a imprinter is away from their imprint they shut down. They're reason for living just isn't there anymore. After a some amount of time they get so sick that they die. The wolf won't eat, drink or even change back to what ever his last form was... so if he was a wolf the last time he changed he wouldn't change back... but if he was a human then he would stay human until he died...." they both looked at me and said "so when Jasper left?" I looked down and said "I couldn't change back to my wolf for form until Jasper came back... I locked my self in my room... I would sit with everyone else I was there but I wasn't... I only eat when I was forced to..." Esme hugged me and said "dose he know?" "No..." I had tears on my face... this was the first time I talked about it since he came back... Carlisle said "but you were going to take the scholarship?" Esme pulled away from the hug and said "you were going through the motions." I nodded and said "I did what I thought he would want me to do..."

(At the Cullen house)

After talking to Esme an Carlisle we headed back to the house and agreed not to tell the girls. Seth and Melia were cuddled up on the couch. Mom said "I'm going back to the Rez... are you sure it's okay that she stays with you?" Esme said "of course." Carlisle said "she's family." I smiled and leaned into Jasper. Mom said "let's go Seth." Seth kissed Mel's cheek and stood up and was watching her every move mom still pulling him out. Mel went to the window and watched him faze and leave. I shook my head and yawned. Jasper said "and that's the you need sleep sign." He picked me up and ran home.

(At the house)

Jasper carried me all the way to our bedroom and said "shower." I crossed my arms and said "stay." He sighed and said "we've been over this-" "and I've told you that what happened to Bella can't happen to me." He crossed his arms and said "shower." I stood up and said "fine." I walked into the bathroom and closed the door.

(After the shower)

I walked out of the bathroom in my shorts and a tank top and ignored Jasper watching my every move. I got under the covers and rolled over facing away from him. Jasper sighed and said "Anna," I ignored him. "Keanna, please talk to me-" "about what?" I snapped at him. I turned back over and faced the wall. He put his hand on my back drew circle on it. I relaxed a little and said "I'm sorry..." he kissed my arm and said "I know. Your emotions are all over the place. Your mad. Your confused. Your hurt. Lust. Love. Happiness. Sad. Scared. Relaxed." I turned over a little and said "I keep pushing you... and you keep pushing me away... is it because you don't want me in that way?" He growled and said "of course I do." He took a breath and said "but I want to wait... I want everything to be perfect when the time comes. You have no idea how much I want you right now." I sighed and said "but you want to wait..." he nodded and said "your scared." I sighed and said "stop using your gift on me." He kissed me and said "your scared of losing me if we don't take the next step. Your scared I'll get bored of you. You scared because you've never done anything like that. I was your first kiss and I want to make your first time perfect." I smiled and said "I love you." He kissed me and said "I love you too." He kissed my cheek and said "now sleep." I snuggled into his side while he put his arm over my waist. I soon drifted off to sleep
