I'd gotten off from vocal lessons alittle late and it was Christmas eve. I felt pretty  awful id had to call jae and tell him to go ahead and sleep since it was late, he'd sounded so depressed, he'd been so excited all week decorating everything and such. I was worried, so i stopped at a store near our house and picked up some treats. As soon as i stepped into the house i noticed a few things were off, the lights were on, the house had a sweet smell, and i didn't see youngjae. Following the odd smell i stepped into the kitchen to find the cutest site id ever seen. Youngjae was sitting covered in flower looking up at me. "Bummie your home early." I smiled "actually jae, im late. What are you doing?" He blushed "well i was trying to make Christmas cookies and i accidentally knocked the flour off into the floor and it went everywhere then i tripped over the cook book that i had set in the floor and finally i sat in the floor trying to find the same cook book i tripped over." Once he was done talking his cheeks were a very dark crimson and his bottom lip was stuck out in a pout. "Awww jae, here let me help you up." He sighed "but the cookies bummie. Can we still make them?" I couldn't help but chuckle "what ever you want baby. But you have to get out of the floor first. And we have to clean this mess up." A huge smile appeared on his face as he shot up from the floor and engulfed me in a hug. "Thank you! After we put the cookies in the oven we have to open our Christmas eve gifts, decorate the cookies, and watch my favorite Christmas movie, then we can go to bed." I just shook my head "whatever you want baby. But first we have to clean up some of this mess or we will never get the cookies in the oven." He just nodded. I grabbed the discarded cookbook and began reading the recipe. "Jae, is this the recipe you wanted to bake?" He glanced over my shoulder "yep, why?" I sighed "we dont have enough flour. Im sorry baby. Why dont we pick another one? Or i can go get flour?" He groaned "if i hadn't knocked the flour down we wouldn't have this problem." "Hey now its okay. Accidents happen, why dont you finish cleaning this up and ill run and get some flour? Hows that sound." He shook his head "we can pick another one. I don't want you to have to go back out tonight, it doesn't matter the recipe as long as i make it with you." I couldn't help but to smile. "Okay why don't we try these? They seem simple enough." He glanced at the cookies "do we have the right chocolate?" I nodded "i was worried you'd be depressed so i went to the store and picked up some sweets. I grabbed a few bars of that chocolate." He jumped up and down "that's great! Ill start making the dough, you preheat the oven and get the chocolate ready okay?" I nodded "okay baby." Id never seen him run and hop around like this before, his sweet giggles made me forget all my stress from the late vocal lessons. He was all I'd ever need. His smile, his gentle touches, his beautiful eyes, everything was perfect. He was my favorite hello and my hardest goodbye. "Bummie~ what are you doing? Your just staring at me" i gave a breathless chuckle "sorry jae your just so beautiful i cant help but stare. What was it im supposed to do? Set the oven and get the chocolate right?" I began shuffling around the kitchen trying to find the bag id brought in but jae just stood there "baby? You okay?" He sniffled "your so good to me, you make me so happy. Thank you, for loving me" i smiled "you don't have to thank me and you dont have to cry. Your the only one ill ever want." With out a second thought i engulfed him in a hug. This was all i wanted for Christmas, to be here with him just like this. After an hour of baking the cookies were done and i sat watching jae draw santas and Christmas trees. He looked so cute all concentrated on the stocking he was filling in. "Bummie, what do you want for Christmas?" I smiled " ive already got what i asked for" he looked up shoked "what did you ask for?" I grinned "you" a blush spread like a wild fire across his cheeks as he ducked his head down mumbling "i meant a real gift" i sighed "your the only gift ill ever want jae. And i really mean that. I love you." He smiled "i love you too, now lets watch the Christmas movie."
