Scene: Lissa and Wooyoung broke into an argument and things are going downhill. Will they seperate and go their own ways or will they make up and have a happily ever after?
WOOYOUNG
"How could you do that to me, Lissa?!", Wooyoung yelled in frustration. He was breathing heavily from anger.
"I don't know why you're so worked up. He's only a friend! I knew him since I was little!", Lissa talked back to Wooyoung, making her way to him, trying her best to calm him down.
"Friends? You guys were way too close to be called friends! Don't you know how easily I get jealous?", he yells back as his facial expressions changed rapidly.
"Well you should know that I would never cheat on you by now, Wooyoung! We've been together for a long time and you should be able to trust me", Lissa tells him. Wooyoung's eyebrows furrow and he screams furiously. He can't control himself and did something that he would regret forever. Wooyoung's cold hand slapped against Lissa's left cheek, making her face turn the opposite way. She was shocked, so shocked to the point that droplets of tears formed at her tear ducts and managed to fall down her swollen cheek.
"Why...Wooyoung...?", were the words that Lissa managed to say before she ran out of the house as tears trailed behind her in the air.
Wooyoung was speechless. He dropped down to his knees and stared at his hand.
"W-what have I done? Why did I...", he quietly said to himself in regret. But, he couldn't stand there forever. He had to look for Lissa and apologize for his actions. Nothing mattered now. Wooyoung stood up and started running. Running after the love of his life, of course.
Wooyoung finally stopped running when he came to the park where he and Lissa first met. There sat Lissa, on the bench right next to the willow tree. She was crying, burying her beautiful face on her hands. Wooyoung slowly walked to Lissa and stood in front of her as she stopped her tears from flowing and looked up.
"Wooyoung? H-how did you know I was here?", she asked as Wooyoung took a seat next to her.
"I always know where you are. You're in here", Wooyoung replied as he placed Lissa's hand on his heart. Lissa breaks into tears again as Wooyoung places his arms around her shoulders.
"I'm sorry Lissa. I just lost control of my feelings. Jealousy surely got the best of me. I know I would never forgive myself if I just let this go. Please forgive me", he said softly as he caressed Lissa's swollen cheeks. It hurt his heart to see Lissa this way.
Wooyoung never fails to shock Lissa. She had nothing else to say but nod in response.
"I'll never hurt you again. Never", Wooyoung said as a single tear dropped out from the corner of his eyes, a sign of relief and happiness.
