The next day when Harry woke up Draco was standing next to his bed looking down at him with an evil smirk.
" what did you do?" Harry asked after getting over the shock of Draco being the first person he son when he woke. suddenly Draco stopped smirking and started smiling innocently a little too innocently.
"why Harry i don't know what you mean." Draco said still smiling
"Draco what did you do?" Harry asked getting up and getting dressed for the day
"i might have caught Potter and Weasley in the dungeons getting about 100 points taken off by Uncle Sev." Draco laughs
"really? what for?" Harry asked raising an eyebrow while picking up his wand and walking out of the room with Draco to meet their Slytherin friends.
"good morning Harry." Pansy said as Harry and Draco walked down the stairs and into the common room.
"and where is my good morning Pansy?" Draco drawled
"oh stuff it Draco and lets just go down to breakfast i am hungry." Neville said before they headed to the great hall. halfway to the hall they got intercepted by everyone's favorite lions Potter and Weasley
"Hello Harry, i see your still hanging out with deatheaters spawn." Potter said snidely
" oh just shut up Potter! you wouldn't know decent people if they punched you in the face." Harry sneered before pushing past him and continuing his walk to the great hall with his friends, where Dudley and Hermione were waiting for them.
"Hey bro is something wrong? you look stressed." Dudley said his face looking concerned
"just Potter being his annoying self." Harry said as he started walking to the Slytherin table, followed by Draco, Hermione, Neville, Blaise,Pansy,Daphne, and Dudley but before either Dudley or Hermione could sit down a second year looked over at them and said
" Hey Mudbloods this is the Slytherin table not the ravenclaw."
" and they are here with us so back off Flint!" Draco sneered
" but your a malfoy and they are Mudbloods!" the boy known as Flint said
"Flint shut up if they were invited by a Slytherin then they have the right to sit here." a girl sitting next to Flint snapped causing flint to duck his head. from a nod from Draco both Hermione and Dudley sat down.
