14: Morgue Mystery (Case1)

Umiwas ako ng tingin sa dalawang bulto ng tao na naghahalikan ngayon sa loob ng morgue. It's him and my sister. Their kiss lasted for  almost a minute. Sari-saring emosyon ang nararamdaman ko ngayon.  Naguguluhan tuloy ako sa sarili ko at bakit ganito ako magreact sa simpleng halik na iyon.

" Blood council let's have a meeting. This is a emergency. Follow me." pagbasag ni King sa katahimikang bumabalot ngayon sa buong kwarto. Pagkatapos ay lumabas ito sa pinto at hinila sa kamay ang kapatid ko. I felt a slight pain in my chest when I saw their entertwined hands.

"Nikki , halika na. Hayaan mo na 'yon. Im  really sorry. " Janey said in a remorse tone then she tapped my shoulders and poked my cheeks repeatedly.  Kanina pa pala niya iyon ginagawa at ilang minuto din akong  tulala sa pintuang pinaglabasan nila King. I also stared at her face and I noticed that her eyes are still red and her dark circles  are already  visible. Marahil natanggal ng mga luha nito ang concealer niya. Halatang sobra itong nasaktan sa mga nangyayari at naaawa tuloy ako dito.

Nang mahimasmasan na ako ay sumunod na agad kami sa kanila. Inalalayan ko din si Janey na lumabas dahil nanghihina pa ito dahil sa pag-iyak nito kanina.

Everyone's confused when King brought us to a abandoned  room in the basement of the hospital.  Mukha namang  nalinis na ito pero  halata pa din na matagal na itong hindi nagagamit.

"This will be our secret hideout from now on. Only the SIA and the Blood Council will be allowed to enter in this room and to join in our meetings. This will be discreet to our allies, including the blacks and the chesspieces. Maliwanag ba iyon? " seryosong paliwanag sa amin ni King.

" This place is scary. " komento ng babaeng kasama namin sa Blood Council , kagrupo ito nila Rafey. Pagkatapos niya sabihin iyon ay bigla itong yumapos sa mga braso ni Rafey, then I saw Midgley flinched. Mukha  itong apektado doon sa kinilos ng babae at sigurado akong nagseselos ito ngayon.

Kahit nalalandian ako doon kay ate ay sasangayon pa din ako dito. I must say that this  place is indeed scary , mukha kasi itong hideout ng mga serial killers. The walls are surrounded by red marks which looks like hands , and there are also red dashes and dots  sa puting tiles dito sa sahig. Hindi ko sigurado kung pintura lamang ang mga ito o kung dugo talaga ng tao.

"Miss your observation is right. This abandoned  room is forbidden here in the hospital because this room also serves as a hideout to the two famous serial killers of all time. " bigla namang pagtugon ni  King dito.

"You mean a serial killer lived in this room? Sinong serial killer? " I asked. Bigla akong kinilabutan sa sinabi ni King.

" It's Theodore Robert Cowell and Richard Chase. My father is a sucker for this kind of things so he bought their apartments and made it as a basement of this hospital. "

Natigilan naman ako sa sinabi ni King. Mas lalo akong natakot sa sinabi nito. Halos mandiri ako sa sahig na inaapakan ko ngayon.

" Theodore Robert Cowell is Ted Bundy right?  He is one of the famous serial killer in the United States. " pagdadagdag naman ni Felis sa sinabi ni King.

" Who is Ted Bundy at bakit pa siya naging famous sa ginawa niya? " inosente namang tanong ng aking kapatid. As usual wala talagang alam sa ganito ang kapatid ko dahil hindi naman ito morbid na kagaya ko. Mahilig ito sa Doraemon at kung anu-ano pang cartoons.

"Ted Bundy is famous because he is smart that he have a certain way to lure his victims. Ted will first gained the trust of his victim then he will raped them and killed them , after that he will throw their bodies near the Taylor mountain. Ang sabi pa ng iba ay binabalikan nito ang mga patay na katawan and he will repeatedly  molest them. He also acted as his own attorney and even crossed examined witnessess. Nagbigay din siya ng tulong sa mga police para maintindihan ang pagiisip ng isang serial killer kaya isa siya sa pinakasikat na serial killer sa United States. " pagpapaliwanag ko naman sa aking kapatid at sa mga iba pang hindi kilala si Ted Bundy.
