Y/N's POV

I jolted up after hearing a huge thud, I breathe heavily,

"Hayes?" I call him

I look next to me and his not next to me

*BOOM* another thud coming from downstairs

I get up and slowly walk into the hallway

I hear grunting and cursing coming from downstairs

I reach the top of the stairs, seriously terrified to see what's downstairs, I took a deep breathe and walk down the stairs

My eyes started watering, soon as I saw what was happening, I started breathing hard

I see Hayes, on the ground curled up with blood on His face, and some guy kicking and punching him

The guy pick Hayes up and pinned up against the wall, one hand around his neck, while the other is about to punch him

"NOOO" I yelled

I ran down the rest of the stairs and stand in front Hayes, so wouldn't be able to punch him

He stopped once he saw me

He chuckled

He let's go of Hayes's Neck

"Is this the slut, you cheated on my sister with?" The man asked

He wrapped his hands around my throat squeezing, pinning me to the wall

I choke for air, I try to grip off from around my neck, but his too strong

My vision gets blurry, I hear the sound of glass breaking, and the man let go

I start to cough and breathe heavily

I look up to see Hayes, he have bruises on his shoulders and neck, he have blood dripping from his lip and noses

I stand up and pull him into a hug, and started heavily crying

"Its Okay" Hayes says rubbing my back

Hayes hit him with a vase, he's unconscious

"Who was that?" I asked

"His Name is Nate, his Hailee's Older brother" Hayes saying weakly

"Allison is going to kill you, that was her favorite vase" I say

Hayes starts to laugh "ow don't make me laugh" he says

"What in the world happened here" allison says walking in through the front door

We turn to look at her

"Oh My Gosh, Hayes What Happen?" She asked walking closer

She stops once she noticed the unconscious man in our living room

"Is that Skate?" Alli asked

"Yeah" Hayes says

"I'll call Sammy" she says

"Y/N clean Hayes up" Alli said pulling out her phone

Hayes and I walk to the bathroom, I start to clean up all the blood
