"Chloe!"

There but damn... i gained there attention. I focused my eyes on Marie and walked towards her. Lumapit ako sakaniya at bumulong.

"Kinawayan mo na lang sana ako." i whispered.

She chuckled.

"Hayaan mo na."

Umiling ako at napairap. Nagulat ako nang biglang may lumapit saamin with all grin on his face.

Si Andrex...

"Long time no see." he smirked.

I rolled my eyes and grinned at him eventually.

"Yeah."

"Gumanda ka lalo. Nagulat na lang kami na umalis ka papuntang America." he said.

"Yep, it was supposed to be a vacation hanggang sa nagustuhan kong tumira do'n, kaya..."

"Why? Because of what happened?"

Natigilan ako pero agad ko rin namang tinanggi.

"Partly yes but i just love the environment there." wika ko.

Tumingin ako sa katabi kong si Marie na busy sa pakikipag-usap sa ibang kakilala. Napabaling ulit ako kay Andrex and i unconciously glanced at his back, and my eyes found Drexzel's cold gazes.

I gulped. Agad akong napaiwas ng tingin. My chest hammered. That was unexpected.

"U-Uhm, ikaw kumusta ka?" i asked, trying to neglect this feeling.

"I'm good, i'm engaged by the way." he said.

Agad niyang nakuha ang buong atemsyon ko. Now that's a good divertion.

"Wow, really? Is she here?"

Umiling siya.

"Nope, she's somewhere." sabi niya.

"Bakit naman? You should've brought your future wife here, soon she'll experience this too." wika ko.

Umiling siya. My brows furrowed.

"It's not what you think, it happened not because we love each other, if you know what i mean..."

Napamaang ako. Another arrangement, eh? Bakit laging may ganitong kaganapan sakanilang magkapatid.

I don't want to be married just for convenience. I believe in love, and one day i am going to marry someone who i love and same with him. One of the reason kaya tumanggi ako noon dahil one sided lang, ako lang ang nagmahal plus pinaglaruan pa ako.

"You'll eventually like her, subukan mo lang." i said.

"Nah, we hate each other."

Natigil lang kami sa pag-uusap nang magsisimula na ang ceremony. The usual prelude of a Wedding. When the bride walked on the aisle, all eyes on her. Hindi ko maiwasang mapait na mapangiti.

If ever na natuloy ang plano noon ganito rin kaya kaganda ang magiging kasal ko?

What am i thinking? Hindi ko na dapat iyon naisip.

Halos tumayo ang balahibo ko nang marinig ko pagsimula no'ng kanta at nang marinig ko ang pamilyar na boses na 'yon.
