Confession

I am pansexual, and gender fluid (meaning I identify as male or female depending on how I feel) But I feel an extreme struggle to tell my parents, they seem against it. I have been separated from them from a year, and its been a year since that but I feels struggle to tell them really that much anymore. I have fallen into depression and have thought of suicide at times. I'm not sure if they would love me the same, and its a hard time for them since my grandmother is dying of cancer....... I don't know what to do, to tell them I am pansexual and gender fluid or to keep it a secret
