What is black star and why i wrote them

First off black star chapter is short it's more me explains why they matter and what reason I have for creating them tho they show up rarely and to explain what they are let's star with why I created then why there important

1.Why they exist and why they are needed:

Granted I do not plan for them to be here much longer for there out living use but as for now they must stay

2. The reason I even created them:

As with any dark superhero drama a cliche have multiple organizations who want the heroes or the powered to suffer or to complete there own agenda

They in fact have a agenda but that's not to be announced yet
