Chapter 4

The next morning I got up at 8.
I got changed into a white shirt, light pink jeans and put my white converse on, then I put my hair into a messy bun because it's hot outside.
I also put on my necklace that my parents gave me on my 6th birthday.

I brushed my teeth and went downstairs to find my uncle making breakfast.
"Good morning." I said happily.
"Good morning Essie, how did you sleep?" He asked me.
"I slept really good, thank you for letting me stay here, I really appreciate it." I told him.
"You're welcome, it was starting to get lonely here." he told me.
Then he served me chocolate chip pancakes, my favorite.
We sat down and started eating.
"Do you wanna go shopping?" He asked me.
"Sure!" I said and gave him a grin.
"Let's go right now then." he said and grinned back.
I put our plates into the sink to wash them later and went to my room to get my money, then I went outside where Charlie was waiting for me. We got into his car and headed to the mall. 
We finally got there and he asked me which store I wanted to go to first and we went to the apple store to buy me a phone. I got the rose gold iphone 6.
Charlie set it up for me and then we were walking to forever 21 when he got a call and said that he had to leave but to call him when I was finished and he gave me a credit card to buy whatever I wanted.

I walked into Forever 21 and picked out some stuff and bought it.
Then I went to other stores like Aeropostale, Urban Outfitters, rue 21 etc.
While I was going to get some food I bumped into a girl with brown hair and blue-grey eyes.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't looking, please forgive me." she said in a panicked voice.
"It's fine, I wasn't paying attention either, what's your name?" I asked her.
"My name is Faye." she said shyly.
"I'm Essie." I said to her with a smile.
"Want to go grab some lunch?" I asked her.
"Sure!" She said with a grin
We went to Panda Express and ordered what we wanted, we went to sit at a table and I started to make a conversation with her, I found out that she is 16 years, she told me that she was abused by her dad, so she ran away and now she's living on the streets, and she is looking for a job.
I told her my story because I felt like I could trust her. At first she was surprised but then she gave me a hug.
"Do you want to stay with me and my uncle? I can't let you live on the sreets, tomorrow we can come search for a job." I told her.
She was hesitant on agreeing but she finally accepted my offer.
I called Charlie and told him everything, he said that it was okay for Faye to stay with us, and that he was coming to pick us up.
"I called him and he said that you can stay with us!" I squealed .
"Thank you so much!" she said almost crying.
"It's no problem." I said and gave her a hug.
She helped me with some bags and we left to wait for Charlie.
After 15 minutes Charlie got here and we put all of my bags into the car. We got in and drove to the house. After we got there and took everything out, I showed Faye her room.

After that, I started putting the clothes, shoes and makeup that I bought into my walk-in closet, after that I went to Faye's room again. I knocked and waited for her to open. "Come in!" She yelled.
I opened the door and stepped inside to see that she was reading.
"Do you want to go to the beach?" I asked her.
"I don't have any clothes." she told me.
"I'll let you borrow some of mine." I said.
"Okay, just let me take a quick shower."
I just nodded at her and left to find her some clothes.
I went back to her room and left the clothes and sandals on her bed.

Then I went back to my room and took a quick shower and changed into a blue tie-dye bikini, white crop top and blue washed shorts with white sandals and I left my hair to dry naturally.

I got downstairs and saw that Faye was ready. I left a note to Charlie since he wasn't here, and we headed out the door.

We got to the beach and I took off my crop top and shorts and went into the water. I looked at Faye and saw that she had sat down.
"Faye! Get in the water!" I yelled at her and grinned at her.
She got up and took of her top and shorts.
She got in the water and we both went underwater and made silly faces.
We resurfaced and started laughing.
Then we just swam around until it was getting dark.

We got dressed and went back to the house.
Charlie was already there so we said hi to him and I went back to Faye's room to leave her clothes.

Then I went back to my room, took a shower and changed into my pajamas.

After that I went to sleep.
