"Who are you?" Minyoung asked between a laughter, then pointed at Bambam. "Did you also use to know me and played along with them?"
"What are you---"
"Minyoung... Bambam doesn't know."
"THEN WHO ARE YOU?" She snapped, her eyes started to tear up. "WHY ARE YOU HERE?"
The man closed his eyes tightly for a brief second, before opening his eyes and met Minyoung's eyes. He looked like he was carrying a heavy burden over his shoulders, tired and weak. Minyoung wasn't giving Bambam any attention and didn't notice it when he moved away and went deeper inside of the house.
"Minyoung, I...."
"Don't say my name like you know me." Minyoung screamed. "I don't know you, I can't remember you and you don't have enough courage to introduce yourself to me. I don't know why my mom is saying anything about you, or why you are here.... I don't know anything, so don't act like you know me."
"I will tell you everything...." He started, trying to reach out for her, but she slapped his hand away.
She stepped backward in fear, confusion. She was lost, she was alone and everyone around her was lying to her.
"Don't touch me." Minyoung said in a tired tone.
Heat burning her alive. For a moment she thought by coming her she would find an answer. Instead, everything got complicated.
If only she remembered who that man was, or who Jungkook was, if she didn't lose her memory, this mess wouldn't happen.
"What will you tell me? That you sent Jungkook to me? That you're also doing this to protect me from a painful past to you and my mom. Who are you?"
"Your mother hates me, Minyoung, for more than ten years because of these memories buried in your mind. I'm glad that you forgot about me, Minyoung. An uncle like me who couldn't protect you and your brother doesn't deserve to be remembered. I'm really ashamed of myself, of what happened to you and your brother. It's all because of me."
Minyoung's hand found her mouth, she muffed a sob that escaped her lips. She no longer could control her emotions. She saw rage and regret in his eyes that told her that this man meant every word he said.
Thought it was out of his hand to hide his own identity, because she would end up hate him just like her mother did.
"I'm calling your mother." He sighed and reached for his phone in his pocket. "Forget about Jungkook, I will transfer him soon."
"Don't call her." Minyoung hiccupped, "I will leave."
"Wait, Minyoung." She heard her uncle calling her, but she already took the stairs running, not wanting to stay there another second.

Minyoung's POV
Air slapped my face as I made my way out of the building. It was already dark outside. Street light illuminated the roads and I saw them twinkling in a blurry way.
Junhoe wasn't lying.
Jungkook knew me well, he even knew my uncle. Did he also know Seokjin?
The fact that he lied to me, hurt so much and my heart ached inside my chest. My chest tightened as I tried to put the pieces together like a puzzle, yet there was no answer.
"Minyoung..." A hand reached my elbow, turning me around.
Once I came face to face with him, without realizing what I was doing, my hand raised up and dropped on his cheek. The slap made a sound louder than I expected and it calmed me a bit. He didn't flinch, or moved.
"Is that funny to you?" I snapped, my eyes blurred with tears. I glared at him, trying to show my anger and rage as much as I could. "Funny, right?"
Jungkook stood still, looking at me directly in the eyes. It seemed like he expected something like this to happen soon.
"I'm sorry."
"Sorry?" I scoffed, rolling my eyes. I almost laughed at his apologize. The more I stood there, the more disgusting it was getting. "Sometimes it's better not to have memories." Repeating his sentence from last time, I watched the hurt expression in his eyes. "Did you enjoy your little game, Jungkook?"
"It wasn't a game, Minyoung." Jungkook said, firmly. His expression was hard, but unreadable. It was scary.
"Then what was it? Hide and seek?" I rolled my eyes. "You lied. I don't remember how close we were to burn up a whole school, but you lied to me."
"I didn't want to." Jungkook winced. Every unreadable expression shattered before my eyes and I saw the same pained expression again. It was real, deep hurt inside of my heart.
Why was I attracted to a person like him?
"But you did." A tear slipped from my eye.
"I didn't want you to hate me again. If you remembered me and what I have done, you would hate me again and again. You would leave me."
"Your ex-girlfriend..." I started, afraid to say it. "Was it me?"
"Maybe..." Jungkook didn't look at me. His voice was far away, broken and weak. I had never seen Jungkook like this. Jungkook that I knew was an excellent boxer, a strong one who gained the name of a monster and that monster broke in front of me.
I saw the fear in his eyes clearly and it made me more confused.
"Don't you think it was hard for me too? That the girl I love forgot about me and another guy was beside her."
"Why did you leave? You could have stayed, you are the one who left Jungkook. Or at least, you could have told me who you are."
"But you like Jimin."
"I like you, Jungkook." I found myself saying without realizing.
Jungkook's eyes widened. He stood like a statue in front of me, not even breathing. He blinked many times before shaking his head. "You don't remember what I have done to your family."
"Tell me then. Give me a reason to hate you. Even though I know you lied to me, you played games with me, took advantage of my memory loss, but still, I can't hate you Jungkook. Give me a reason to hate you."
A second.
Two seconds
Three seconds passed before Jungkook finally made up.
He closed his eyes for another second, before looking at me. Butterflies groaned in my stomach and my head throbbing got worse.
"Your brother..." Jungkook started and my heart stopped, waiting for what he was going to say. He really knew Seokjin.
"Seokjin Hyung... he..." I noticed tears forming in his eyes and how his lips quivered while talking. "He died because of me.... I killed him."
If it was a movie, a thunder would crack up in the sky and heavy rain poured down over both of you. But it was no movie, yet I felt coldness creeping in my skin. I felt nothing at all, heard nothing and saw nothing. My mind was somewhere else and the last thing I remember was Jungkook rushing toward me.
Everything turned black around me
