Chapter 12

"This, you, being so close to me, and why you're suddenly being kind to me? This is so far from you..." i uttered.

His brows furrowed.

"I am just being friendly, we're friends now right?" he said nonchalantly.

My lips parted a bit.

"Yeah but still! Friends don't usually act like that."

"Paano ba dapat?"

"C-Casual lang."

"I am being casual." seryosong sambit niya.

Napabuntong hininga naman ako. I bit my lower lips. Baka naman ako lang talaga itong feeling at assuming? To be honest, there's nothing wrong about his action. It was just me, i like him that's why every move he will make affects me.

"Am i making you uncomfortable?" he asked.

Umiling naman ako kaagad.

"Nope, sorry... Masyado lang talaga siguro akong sensitive." i smile a bit.

"Hoy! You're making your own little world there! Are you flirting with my sister, Acosta?" my brother exclaimed.

I rolled my eyes.

"Shut up, monkey! We're just  talking!" singhal ko.

"Kapag nalaman ko lang talagang nasaktan iyan nang dahil sa'yo!" banta ni Chlay.

"Ano ba, Kuya! Can you stop being annoying and malicious? Have you forgotten that i am just his slave?" umirap ako.

"We're friends, calm your dick down." he grinned.

Nagtawanan naman sila. Napangiwi naman ang kapatid ko. Nakakahiya, what made him him think that there's something between us, or that we're flirting? Napakamalisyoso.

Pero hindi ko naman maiwasang ma-bothered...

What if dumating ang panahon na masasaktan ako dahil sakaniya?

Napailing ako. No-- of course not! It will never happen, i am not in love with him para masaktan ako. He's just my crush, that' all.

But yeah, i still need to guard myself.

Week have passed. Both of us are doing fine, i guess. We're friends but there are some times that we still argue. Petty things na lang naman ang pinag-aawayan naming dalawa.

"I don't know how to do it nga!" iritadong sigaw ko.

Umirap naman siya.

"That's why you're going to watch me! It's just very simple, come on." he grunted.

We're at the dining room, he ordered a crabs and a lobster, siya ang nagluto pero ngayong kakainin na hindi ko alam kung paano buksan. It was really frustrating.

"You were teaching me for how many times! Hindi ko pa rin magawa nang maayos!" i exclaimed.

He chuckled.

"Okay fine, i'll do it for you. Nakakahiya naman saakin..." he smirked.

Umirap ako.

"E'di 'wag na!"

"Ito na nga, i am doing it for you." he grinned.

Kakain na nga lang ang dami pang kailangan gawin. I am fucking starving. Narinig ko naman siyang tumawa kaya binalingan ko siya.

"Stop laughing."

He did stop. He raised his brows on me.

"Don't order me, i am the boss here." he grinned.
