Assassin's Creed One Shots!

"Shay." You said while approaching the man. You walked past him and into the house before he grabbed your forearm and looking at you.

"I won't try anything... for now." You said causing him to scoff before the two of you entered the house.

"Mar! Your mother is back!" You heard him yelled before you watched your daughter speed down the stairs with much agility and grace. You smiled at her before you bent down and gave her a hug.

"Hello there, gorgeous." You said causing her to smile. You placed a hand on the side of her cheek before she led you upstairs so the two of you could play with one another.

When you put Marina to sleep it was late at night at it was your time to go. Shay was staring at you with clouded eyes. You rose an eyebrow before you walked out of the room and you passed by him to get to leave. 

"Thank you for letting me see her." You said not wanting to get under his skin. You noticed that he was quite irritable when you were around him. He looked at you for a moment before he opened his mouth," [Your Name]." 

You stopped before turning around and staring at him, "Yes, Shay?" You asked taking a step back. You didn't know what he might try considering the two of you weren't together anymore. He noticed the distance that you put in between the two of you and he instantly closed it before snaking his arm around your waist bringing the two of you closer. You gasped and you then placed a hand on his chest. 

"Shay... " 

"Does your heart still beats for me just as mine still beats for you, [Your Name]?" He whispered softly in your ear before bringing your hand up to his lips as he placed a softly kiss upon it. 

"Shay you know we can't-"

"Do you know I still love you so much, [Your Name], even after I left, I couldn't stop thinking about you." He stared at your taking in your features before he placed his lips on yours bringing you even closer to him. 

After a moment, you separated from him looking stunned. 

"I must go... Achilles expected me to be back a few days ago." You said before turning around and running off.
