The failed negotiations with the Shin-Ra Electric Power Company triggered an unsettling air within the nation. With the Rahmanus dynasty left in shambles, Shin-Ra came forward offering the people of Rahmanus terms of peace, or, as one rather put it, terms of their surrender. Two years pass since the disappearance of the sole surviving heir to the throne: Prince Clyde Arrowny, forsaking his Kingdom in a desperate plea to reach out to the unknown. He is now being hunted down by 'SOLDIER', an elite regiment of warriors trained to show no quarter.
