Effy started at McKinley high. While living in her new house with the Puckerman's. Her and Ryder Lynn met at a bar but gave each other fake names which came back to bite them in the ass when Ryder and Effy run into each other. Effy went on a date with Sam Evans but he confessed his real sexuality. Effy and Ryder started dating. They got the leads in the musical where Ryder found out about Effy's past. Then they sang in the night of neglect were Ryder said I love you for the first time. The New Directions travelled to LA and came in joint first at Nationals. At the graduation ceremony Effy said I love you back to Ryder. And later at the house Effy got a letter from a grandma she never knew she had.
