"Never mind it was a dumb question" I say and run out.

"Wait Mandy..."

"Hey Harles" I greet my best friend.

"What were you doing in Ethan's room?" She asks.

"Um nothing I just..um that doesn't matter can I talk to you" I say dragging her to her room.

"Um what about" she asks as we both sit on her bed.

"Okay so my um...friend....has a crush on her best friend's brother and they really like each other...cause they've known each other for ages....and um he actually surprised her by singing a song to her that was sooo romantic and kissed her..they were thinking about getting together but then the best friend popped back in...should they like not be together so they can preserve her feelings..or just tell her?? Harley what would you do if you were the best friend?" I ask looking like a maniac.

"Um that's really specific.." Harley starts to say.

"Just answer the question Harley!" I yell.

"Well um if I were the best friend I would go for it" She says and I sigh in relief.

"Buuuuuut if I were the sister I would freak..I mean my best friend and my brother together? That's too weird like you and Ethan together? Ha that's funny" I started to get nervous. Maybe it wasn't a good idea.

"I just need to use the restroom just one sec." I say and head to Ethan's room.

"What happened?" He asks.

"Well um she said if she were in my shoes she'd go for it" I start to say.

"Well that's great" Ethan says hugging me.

"But she said if she was the sister WHICH SHE IS...she would freak" I sigh.

Ethan just smiles, "Maybe not" He smirks.

"What are you talking about Diaz?" I ask.

"How can the idea not be in that beautiful head of yours?" He asks poking my forehead and I blush.

"I'm sorry I don't think like you" I shrug.

"Look...I'm Harley's favorite in the family: it's not contest" He says and I nod cause it was true.

"So you know that song Best Friend's Brother?" He asks and I nod.

"Okay so what I'm thinking is you sing that song in front of Harley...and then after we will just go up and tell her" He grins.

"Just when I thought you had a good idea" I say. "I can't sing" I shrug.

"Yes you can..5th grade talent show" He reminds me.

"I fell on my face.." I add in embarrassment.

"Yeah but you sang the heck out of that song which made people forget...and you should probs not mention the falling or they WILL remember" He pats my shoulder.

"I'm not sure Ethan" I say rubbing my arm.

"Look I've been dying to have you as my girlfriend..nows my chance" He tells me.

"This is crazy" I say putting my hand through my hair. "Ethan...I really like you...so I wanna do it" I smile and he kisses me.

"You are a really good kisser" I say and he smirks.

"Oh and about your question..I will be your boyfriend" He smiles and I do too. "L

"Okay good cause I felt embarrassed that you didn't answer and I asked first" I admit.
"Harley thinks I'm in the bathroom soooo" I say.

"Don't worry"

I jump to see all the Diaz siblings at the door.

"We were eavesdropping...oh and congrats" Rachel says.

"We've got you covered girl" Daphne says and pushes me out.

"Okay then" I head to Harley's room.

"You didn't clog my bathroom did you?" Harley jokes.

"Nope..." I say and try to keep her busy. I wonder what the others are planning.

3 Hours Later...
Harley and I were giggling talking about nothing when Rachel walked in.

"Hey we are gonna do karaoke wanna come?" She asks winking at me.

Sounds fun!" Harley says and drags me downstairs.

"I think Amanda should go first since she's our guest" Georgie says and Harley nods.

"Omg can't wait!!" She squeals. I half smile and nervously laugh.

Ethan, Louie and Beast start the music. I breath and start to sing.

I call you up when I know he's at home
I jump out of my skin when he picks up the phone
Why can't I tell if he's looking at me?
Should I give him a smile?
Should I get up and leave?

I know it's strange
I don't know what I'm thinking
But is it wrong
If I see him this weekend?
