Five years after their high school graduation, Ariel Lewis and Luke Mason have graduated college, gotten jobs, and started their lives. Separately. Only a few close people really know why they broke up at the end of the summer five years ago, and Ariel doesn’t plan on letting that cat out of the bag any time soon.
So when she and Luke run into each other at their 5 – Year High School Reunion, they see how much they’ve both changed since high school, and Luke realizes how much he’s missed Ariel. Ariel, on the other hand, doesn't want anything to do with Luke. Or at least she thinks she doesn't.
Can they be the way they were five years ago? Or is their relationship gone for good?
