"You were close." Jungkook nodded, pulling away slightly so that he could meet Minyoung's eyes. "He loved you more than anything and you loved him back so much. And It's not crazy, he is your brother."
"How would you know?" She winced, tears filling her eyes again. She thought that he was saying these words just to comfort her. "Not make up stories when you don't know."
Jungkook realised what he just said, but it seemed that Minyoung received them as consoling words, not fact and truth.
He held her face in her hand, wishing he could kiss her pain away at this moment. "I know because there is no brother in this world who doesn't love his sister."
Minyoung smiled, taking his hands. "He used to be a boxer like you. It's fascinating."
Jungkook tried to smile but couldn't. His heart banged in his chest and squeezed hard, almost suffocating him. He couldn't do that anymore.
"Minyoung!" Bambam and Jina hurtled toward her and Jungkook who stepped back, leaving space for them to check on her.
He should leave soon. If he didn't, Minyoung would get hurt again because of him once again.
Junhoe wouldn't leave her alone and he was afraid he would tell her. He wasn't scared that the whole world would know about the rumor that used to roam around as much as he was scared that Minyoung would know about what he'd done.
He should take care of Junhoe first. And then maybe apologize to Minyoung and tell her the truth, himself. He should do that for the both of them

Minyoung's POV
My hands were still shaking when I returned home. My mother was up, but she didn't show up when I entered the house. It was as if I was alone.
But on my way upstairs, I could hear her sniffing. Was she crying all this time?
Jimin told me to give her some time, so I couldn't call him. Suddenly I felt so lonely and so lost. Just like the little child who found herself alone in a place without a mom or a friend.
I went in my room and closed the door behind me. Once I found the bed, my body went limp and weak, my head started to thump a little and my heart beats was increasing with every breath I took.
I still had been thinking of what this guy had told me.
Flashback
When I was waiting for Jina to come out, He approached me as if I had known him for a long time.
A smug smile over his lips, a hand in one pocket of his pants and his school shirt was undone, revealing another white shirt under it with some writing over it.
I knew him from the time I was with Jungkook. He didn't seem like a friendly guy. He was tall, almost the same height as Jungkook. Too good looking, that the girls would go wild for him.
I was surprised to see him. I wondered if he was here for Jungkook. But I was even more surprised when he stopped in front of me. Maybe he is going to ask me where he was.
I'd tried to fish for his name in my memory, but I didn't think I caught it.
"Minyoung?" He smirked, leaning his weight on one leg.
"Ah... Hi." I said awkwardly, feeling embarrassed that I don't remember his name. The fact the he knew my name but I didn't. "Jungkook is--"
"I'm here for you." That took me off guard. Why would Jungkook rival want to talk to me? I decided to call him Jungkook rival.
