Nice thing to do right? Wrong! His hand started inching lower and I elbow him in the rib. He bites his lip, before glaring at me.
"Are you okay dear?" Rosa asks.
Camila and Marco were smirking from the opposite side of the table. They were the only ones who probably had an idea of what was going on. And that I was planning ways to murder my fiancé.

After the disaster at the dinner table, I walked down the hallway looking at all the pictures in the frames. I didn't even notice Marco coming up next to me.
"Diego's in a lot of pictures," I remark and Marco nods.
"He's been in the family since forever. He is family," Marco smiles slightly. "He has his own bedroom, and Camila,"
"One time, I walked in on Diego doing yoga, he hid in the room for like two days," Marco remembers. I laughed, imagining Diego doing yoga.
"And what embarrassing story has Marco told you?" Diego emerges from a room.
"About you doing yoga," I giggle and he glared at his best friend.
"Why didn't you tell them about your fake marriage?" I blurt out. Marco excuses himself and Diego runs a hand through his hair.
"They are like my parents, and they were proud when I said I was getting married. They've never been more proud. I just couldn't ruin that. I wanted them to look at me with that pride, that's all I've ever wanted.
"You want your family to be proud. They were a bit part of life. When my mother died, my father started working even more, my father's fami,y never liked me, and my mother's family abandoned me. I never had many people to go to, there were one of the few," Diego says sadly.
Once again, Diego Hernandez surprised me.
