Mackenzie POV:
After all of Demi's family had left Demi, Marissa and I all decided to go swimming in Demi's pool. We all got changed into our swim wear and went out to the pool Demi pushed Marissa into the pool which was really funny "Hey Kenzie come here" Demi said to me so I walked over to Demi who was by the pool and when I got to her she scooped me up and jumped into the pool with me. We where swimming for awhile when Demi noticed my new cuts on my wrists "Mackenzie I thought you were getting better" Demi said looking like she was going to cry I climbed out of the pool and ran into my room and locked the door. A few minutes later Demi was standing outside my door "Mackenzie please unlock the door baby" I sat on my bed motionless tears flowing down my face I didn't reply to Demi I just sat there motionless Demi started to get panicked "Mackenzie please!" She said I stood up and went into my closet and got dressed and grabbed a bag full of clothes and stuff I would need, I took a piece of paper and wrote
Dear Demi and Marissa,
I love you both so much but I can't continue to burden you with my problems I'm leaving I'm so sorry I love you both forever

I cried whilst writing the letter tear droplets had stained the paper. I placed the paper on the bed and said "I'm so sorry Demi I love you" I climbed out the window I heard my bedroom door smash open so I ran as fast as I could.
I don't recognise where I am but a lady is approaching me I don't know where to run. My hand is grabbed by the lady "hello sweetie you look lost come on I'll take you to our adoption home you will be safe"
