Cam gets in the car slamming the door shut. He's clearly fed up.

"Sorry" I murmur as he pulls out of the parking lot.

"I'm not mad at you." He says shaking his head. "I'm just annoyed that I can't even leave you two alone for an hour." He says.

"I get annoyed with that too." I defend.

"I know, Austin is too stubborn." He rolls his eyes.

"I don't even know what to do anymore." I say putting my head in my hands.

"I don't know either." He mutters letting out a deep sigh.

Soon we pull into my driveway.

"Thanks for the ride." I say stepping out. He nods his head giving me a small smile. I close the door behind me and walk towards my front door. I unlock the door and step in. The first thing I see is my parents sitting on the sofa, making out like two teenagers.

"Please stop." I say crinkling my nose. My mom jumps at my sudden presence. As my dad chuckles awkwardly.

"Oh hi Cate" My mom says looking flustered.

"Hi" I chuckle.

"How was your day?" My dad asks.

"It was good, I'm going to bed though, I'm tired." I say knowing they want to be alone.

"Alright sweetheart, goodnight." My mom smiles. I swear, I saw her eyes light up.

"Goodnight" I say turning around. As I am halfway up the stairs I turn around to say; "Oh and, not on the sofa! Please!" I yell down. Gross.

I rub my eyes trying to wipe the sleep away. However I know that is not going to happen being as I didn't get any last night. That seems to be happening a lot lately. Maybe I should just forget about everyone and everything. Just so I can get a little peace and quiet. Although that is considered a little selfish.

I let out a heavy sigh climbing out of the mess of sheets. I have an hour until work. I better hurry the hell up. I jump into the shower making sure the water is hot enough to burn my skin. I stand there trying to let my worried run down the drain with the water. Knowing it's not going to happen anytime soon, I scrub myself clean and jump out.

Putting on some light makeup I dress myself in my uniform. I put My hair in a ponytail walking down the stairs ok giving her a smile.

"Morning Rachel." I say walking into the kitchen.

"Morning Caitlyn." She says looking up from her pan of scrambled eggs.

"Morning." My mom says to her as well, while grabbing a cup from the cupboard and pouring herself a cup of coffee. I grab a cup for myself as well, since I did not get much sleep. This will hopefully help.

We all eat our breakfast in quiet then my mom and I get ready to leave for work. She drops me off then I usually bus back home. Which is good for me because if I had to bus this early in the morning I would have to be up too early. I'd rather just spend all day in bed.

"How's everything with you? We haven't had the chance to catch up for too long." My co-worker Arman asks.

"Eh, everything is olay, how about you?" I ask taking a bite of my burger. I've made pretty good friend's with Arman. We used to have a lot of shifts together. Not so much now, however we got closer because we used spend eight hours a day together.

"Oh doubt give me that crap. Tell me everything that's been up! But as for me, I am passing all my courses in university and I got a cat." he says smiling big.

"Oh my gosh, what kind of cat?" I ask getting excited. I may have a slight obsession with cats.

"She's an all white Ragdoll." he says smiling and looking down at him phone.

"A what?" I ask. I may not know a lot about them, but they are still my spirit animal.

"Here, this is what she looks like." He says holding up his phone that is displaying a picture of small all white cat.

"She's so cute!" I squeal.

"I know, I named her Luna." He says giving me a closed mouth smile.

"That's adorable." I say.

"Now your turn, what's up with you? Any progress with mister stick in the ass?" He asks referring to Austin.

"No" I roll my eyes. "I don't think there is going to be."

"Stop talking all negative, there has to be something that will break him." he says frowning his eyebrows.

"Let me know if you got anything because I feel like I've tried everything." I saying taking a big bite of my burger trying to subside the pang of hurt. He rests his chin on his hand as if in deep thought. Suddenly his eyes light up as if he struck gold.

"What?" I ask eager to find out what is going on in his mind.

"You said that you can tell he gets jealous am I right?" He asks, a small smile on his face.

"That's what I used to think but I'm not too sure anymore." I shrug.

"Whatever, it doesn't matter because I have a great idea." he says smiling big.

"What is it?" I ask getting impatient.

"Okay so here's what we do. Next time you hang out at Cam's, make sure Austin is there. Then bring me along and we'll flirt and act extra friendly in front of him. We'll make him so jealous that he will crack, spilling his true feelings out." He looks at me with hopeful eyes.

"Uh...I'm sorry but that plan sounds like shit." I say frowning.

"Shut up, no it's not! It's going to work." He says with a smug smile.

"How can you be so sure?" I ask raising an eyebrow. His smile slowly fades.

"I saw it in a movie once." he mumbles.

"Oh my gosh, and I actually thought you had something real." I say standing up noticing that our break is over.

"It is real, don't knock it till you try it."

"No" I shake my head letting out a little chuckle.

"You haven't even thought about it. Think about it, then let me know. What do you have to loose?" He says following me.

My shift is finally over and I couldn't be happier. I have been thinking alot about what Arman said. I mean could that actually work? He is right, what do I have to loose? I've tried everything else haven't I?

"So? What do you say?" Arman asks pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Fine" I let out a deep breath. Let's try it."
