I went back to my place while Clare and Quil followed me, just to make sure I don't talk to her again. As I walked back passing a gallery of books, I saw Lucy sitting on my table still holding the paper and the pen. She gave me a weary smile and I just replied with a smirk.

"So is everything OK?" she asked while giving my paper back.

"Yeah, everything is just fine... um... Lucy, I know It's a sudden but I need to go. I'm sorry, I just need to do something." I apologized

I saw her smile faded.

"Can I go with you? I can... " before she can finished her sentence, Clare burst the bubble.

"Yo ladybird! Yes you! You heard Max right? He's doing something and that something is everything. This handsome introvert doesn't need your help, so sho sho." Clare then snatched my bag away from the table and threw it to me.

Lucy was confused "But I just want to....."

"No buts just ass. Max has something important to do right!?" Quil replied

"Yeah. I have something important to do. So sorry about this." I apologized again feeling bad about it.

"It's OK, hope to see you again." She said, giving me one last smile that I think I will never see again.

"That's not gonna happen, bitch. C'mon Max move your ass because you had to do something that is everything." Clare said.

I felt the guilt storming in my heart. I want to talk to her but I can't. I need to survive highschool without broken bones and fractured skull, again.

After filing my books, we went outside. The three of us were walking down the stairs, and I can see the tension in their faces. They're just worried about me, cause it's not the first time I was involved on something.

It was sophomore year, when I got into a fight. It was Shawn's friends that started it. They threw my books away from my locker and I was so mad about it, that my inner introversion faded. One versus three, I landed every punches on their faces but his friends are much stronger than me. They pound my head into the wall several times. I still managed to stand for a few rounds after that I felt dizzy.

Clare and Quil saved me from the fight. They pulled me away and carried me outside, after that I passed out.

They rushed me to the hospital due to the bleeding of my head

They rushed me to the hospital due to the bleeding of my head. Clare called my parents and Quil was guarding me. I nearly died on that day and I saw their tears falling from their faces.

I'm very lucky to have them, and without their help, I might died from brain hemorrhage. And oh, if you're wondering what happened to Shawn and his friends, they got expelled from school. Lucky Me.

"OK guys, I have a plan, tomorrow after class, let's go to the theaters. They said X-men is really awesome Huh!? Sounds good right." Quil proposed

I was alarmed and suddenly burst "What, theaters? You know I hate that place, I feel uncomfortable whenever I go there, I feel like the people are staring at me and judging me...and....and."

"Ok stop!" Quil raised his hands "Let's instead watch the movie at my house, my parents are not home and besides it's just a movie marathon, not a party."

"OK that's better." and we all agree with it. Clare was assigned to bring the food and I'm responsible for the beverages.
