Steve's POV
"Haha,well you see...Sandwich?"
I hold up half of my sandwich to show Mariketa.
She glares at me in return.
I feel my cheeks heat up as I remember her comment about "the Amerika" as she likes to call me.
"Well,you should learn to knock,shouldn't you Mr.Amerika?" She says in a stern manner.
She comes towards me and stares intensely.
"Why is your face red?" At that moment I had to excuse myself from her presences, after apologizing for intruding on her phone call.
"Whats that about?" Stark says looking me up and down as I walk by.
"Nothing" I say walking past him and his video games to go to my room.
"Wait!" I stop and turn to Stark.
"You want to play a match with me?" He asks motioning towards the t.v. which is showing the character select screen of Mortal Kombat.
"Nah,I think I've had enough for today."
"But you only watched Mariketa and I play..."
I roll my eyes and go to my room, ignoring all of Starks trash talk of how "old" I am and how I'm just "scared" to be beaten by him.
I throw myself on to the bed and sigh. I wonder if Mariketa was joking when she said that.
Then I hear a knock at the door.
