Puerto Rican food simply amazing, savory, spicy and colorful. A result of the gastronomical influence of our Taino, Spanish and African roots... and a few others.
My favorite dishes are:
1. Stuffed mofongo with shrimps.2. Coconut dessert (tembleque)
3. Coquito cocktail
