Happy Birthday to my Hubby!

Above a lobster stuffed with a seafood salad and mofongo (mashed plantain seasoned with oil, garlic, bacon and herbs) as a side.

Puerto Rican food simply amazing, savory, spicy and colorful. A result of  the gastronomical influence of our Taino, Spanish and African roots... and a few others.

My favorite dishes are:
