Hey, why won't you look up at me?
I just wanna see you laugh and smile

You're so beautiful, you know it and I know it...so make me proud and show it

Hey, why won't you look up at me?
I can't see your face, all I see is hair and there's more to you than that

You're so sweet and kind, it takes a nice soul like you to see that because you're one of a kind

Hey, why won't you look up at me? You're not so shy as you seem, you show yourself online...unlike some of these other people I meet

Your face glows like the morning sun, whenever you get nervous it turns bright red like a freshly picked tomato

Oh, now you wanna smile from the left and right corners of your mouth?

You're delicate like a flower and the color purple is your number one

Why don't you see all of this because all of this is true?

You're not ugly and you're not worthless

You're pretty and you're priceless

I remember a day...

long ago...

When I saw you...

I was mesmerized by the look in your eyes that day I first saw you...
