About You

When the first of the year came, I didn't know you and you didn't know me

Things between you and I grew like a flower to a seed

To this day, I lack the knowledge of how we came to be

You and I

The closeness came in due time

I remember how I would always be too busy for you and sadly it showed

Leaving for an aboundant amount of time, without even a farewell goodbye

It sadden me and sometimes it still does

I could've been better and you could've just left me stranded outside in the deserted weather

But you know what?

You didn't

You was there for me, even though you felt like I wasn't there for you

You showed your interest in me and I was lost in a mystery

I never imagined it but I knew months later of this

Acting as if it was a lie or a misguided conception

Now, I know you was real with your words

While I just thrown them aside like some childish little toys

It's too late to apologize and I give this credit to the makers of that song

You went after someone whom had no clue of how you felt

But we can't go back to my foolishness and how you were all in like some poker players

We're working on us and surprisingly it is showing

God knows, the flower I mentioned earlier is surely blooming

We won't bud out and die, especially in the peak of our time

Now we are speaking every single day!

I can't believe this and it is shown in front of my eyes

I'm happy, you're happy and I want it to stay this way

Because from now on

Whenever I get busy or an obstacle comes in my way

Instead of pushing you to the side, I want you to be with me
