Should the heart even keep a beat?
Or should it flat line like a dead dog laying in the street?
The insides are weeping, not a human soul can see it
No one is here to pick up these forgotten pieces
A broken heart or is the glass half empty?
It can't be refilled or replenished that easily
Chargers pick up the charge
When a heart keeps a steady pounding beat
Until it is rocked like a boat in the outlandish Arctic sea
Don't rock it, don't push it or it will loose all of its potential
Cupid has a heart, how else does he grant us with love?
He is unseen to the eyes, he probably thinks I'm doing just fine
Or was that a lie?
Only the heart knows, the good from the bad
Sometimes you're so confused on who makes you better
Its starting to beat, slower and slower
I have no clue, why is this happening?
Someone feel me in on this devastating tragedy!
Anxious is fear, riding in your rear view mirror!
While hate is staring right in your face!
Which way to go?! I can't stop and turn around!!
Now its too late, as your slowly putting on brakes
The conscious mind is starting to think, as anxious and fear is invading your personal space!
At the most crucial point in your life!
This is where your heart quits beating
