"Detention"

The weirdest detention ever...

We have this sign in sheet right next to our classroom door (inside the classroom) that you have to sign your initials on so the teacher knows you're here. (ANOTHER PEEVE! Just read our names and mark us present or absent!!!!!) I always forget to sign in, and so does everyone else. Well, one day my teacher randomly said "Whoever didn't sign in today gets lunch detention" and there was this kid who had never gotten detention before and was crying, and then we came for lunch and a bunch of my friends were there and we all got lollipops! Then we bragged to the people who had skipped, and they were super jealous, like why did we skip? We would have gotten lollipops!
