One-Shot Contest

Okay so this is a contest between me and Katy. So what we're doing is I want to find out which one of us has a better Fluff (cuddling and kissing) one-shot of Nikki (my oc) and Kyo. What you all have to do is comment which one is better: mine or Katy's. For those who read my book...the fluff will be different and mine will have spoilers for the end of the book....but who cares...right!?!?!?!?

P.S. Vote freely :) you won't hurt any of our feelings (though you might end up dead but HAHAHAHA would I ever do that??) ;)

First: I think my two friends theanswertolifeis42 and charlotte_pickfordx will enjoy this so yeah.

Oh and they will also be written in 3rd person because....we want it to be that way. :P

Nikki leaned against the balcony, gazing at the starry night sky. As she stared at the stars, her mind drifted away, thinking about an "average" sixteen-year-old boy that she truly cared about. A few minutes later, she shook her head aggressively, escaping her thoughts and returning back into reality, then straightening her back to increase her posture. Before turning around and going back to her room for the night, she placed her hand on her chained necklace and stroked the blue orb in the center. She began to play with her necklace, until she suddenly heard the balcony door slide open, causing he small, brown cat ears to perk up.

"What are you doing up here so late?" a calm male voice asked. Nikki glanced up from the ground below the balcony, noticing Kyo standing in front of her with a concerned look on his face.

Nikki stared into her beloved boyfriend's crimson eyes, then bit her bottom lip. "...I just needs some fresh air," she lied, glimpsing down at her necklace.

A deep sigh escaped Kyo's mouth. "Are you scared?" Kyo asked, his eyes slowly moving down towards Nikki's necklace. Nikki immediately froze; her hands barely moving, though her breathing was increased.

"Oh...of c-course n-not!" Nikki stuttered, classing her hands together and leaning towards the ginger. "Its j-just--," Nikki was instantly interrupted by Kyo placing his hand over her mouth, stopping her from what she was going to say next.

"Nikki, tell me the truth. I know your scared. I can see the fear in your eyes when you touched that necklace...," Kyo replied, grasping Nikki's hand while rubbing the surface of it just to calm her down.

Fear struck into Nikki's eyes as Kyo figured out her secret. She was afraid of herself and there was no doubt. Even though it was all Akito's fault, she still blamed herself for this happening. She knew that she couldn't at all accept the fact that she is now like Kyo.

"Y-yes!" Nikki cried, wrapping her arms around Kyo. "I am scared, I'm afraid of how I'll look like, and if you'll ever look at me the same way again."

As Nikki wept, Kyo tightly grasped Nikki in his arms. He felt terrible of what had happened to her in the past and now in the present. Kyo exhaled deeply, then he placed a smile onto his face, picking up Nikki off the balcony floorboard and carrying her into his room. He stood off the edge of his bed, glancing at Nikki who was still crying. Carefully, he placed Nikki under the covers and climbed in, tucking himself and his girlfriend in the soft blankets.

Once Nikki felt the soft blankets over herself, she opened her eyes, which were red and puffy. Her light blue eyes gazed into Kyo's crimson eyes as she laid in bed, together. "How about you sleep with me tonight?" Kyo asked in a soft, innocent voice. A smiled curled onto Nikki's lips as she nodded in agreement.

The twosome laid in bed, gazing at each others eyes, not wanting to miss a second of this breathtaking moment. Slowly, Kyo leaned towards Nikki, placing his soft lips onto the brunette's lips. Nikki's eyes widen for a brief moment, until she leaned closer and kissed him back. Kyo felt the pleasure and comfort of the kiss, making himself not wanting to let go. Instead, he wrapped his arms around his girlfriend's waist, and continued to kiss her. Finally, Kyo pulled away from the kiss, yet he was still close to Nikki. Close enough to feel her warm breath.

"Everything will be alright," he reassured, still holding his girlfriend close. "I promise that I will protect you from any harm." With that, Kyo planted another sweet kiss onto Nikki's delicate lips.

Okay that sucked...whelp hope you enjoyed my fluff...I know...its long but that's how I am...I include a lot of detail when I write.

All That Matters (Nikki x Kyo) FLUFF

[a/n: Nikki and Kyo moved out of Shigure's house to have a life of their own]

Kyo was staring intently at the tv, focusing on the show. Nikki was bored and looked at Kyo. He was so into the show he didn't realize that Nikki was staring at him for a few minutes straight.

Sighing, Nikki got up out of his arms and moved behind him.

Nikki loved being in the pose, where her legs were crisscrossed and his body was slightly pressed and relaxed against her legs. His head against her chest and her arm around his shoulders. But that's not the reason why Nikki liked that pose, it was a perfect opportunity to play with his hair.

"How can you have softer hair than me Kyo...?" Nikki pouted, running her fingers through his soft, orange hair.

Kyo slightly bent his neck backwards, to look up at Nikki. Nikki smiled and leaned down, pecking Kyo on the lips. "Your hair is soft, and it smells good too." He said before going back to watching his show.

Nikki looked over at her nightstand and saw a few hair bands and a flower crown. Smirking, Nikki grabbed the flower crown and hair bands, tugging on Kyo's hair.

"H-hey Nikki, What a-are you-"

"Shhh, stay still and keep watching your show~" Nikki demanded, holding on his hair, to avoid any movement from him. "I'm styling your hair."

After a few grunts of pain and tugging, Nikki finally finished styling Kyo's hair into pigtails. Kyo sat up and glared at Nikki.

Nikki couldn't help but laugh. As ridiculous as Kyo looked, Nikki couldn't admit that he looked cute like that. The flower crown was next to Nikki and she couldn't help but add the finishing touch.

"No."

"Kyo~ please."

"No, Nikki."

Nikki pouted out her lip, "if I kiss you, will you let me?~"

Kyo looked away in thought, "fine, it better be a good kiss."

Nikki tackled him against the couch, her lips happily pressing against his; from his lips, to his forehead, to his cheeks. Once Nikki pulled away, she sat up and placed the flower crown on his head. "You look so cute!"

Kyo let out a scoff. Even if it meant embarrassing or ruining his image, as long as she were smiling. It's all it mattered to him.
