Chapter 11: Defend & Protect

Lauren's POV:

    Today the girls and I will meet up with my friends from my childhood. I move around and feel arms around me and I smile because I remember Camila is here with me.

"Good morning babygirl." I say.

"Good morning babe." She says.

"Kiss?" I ask

"I'm going to miss you asking that every morning." She says.

"Well you can always stay." I say.

"Lo, no. It's too early in our relationship to move in together. I'm pretty sure if I stay I will not be a virgin any longer." She says, blushing.

"Oh really? Am I that irresistible?" I ask with a smirk.

"Yes. Will it kill you to wear longer pants and a shirt that is not see through." She said.

"I'm sorry Camz. I can't actually see what I am wearing." I tell her.

"I know but I know you asked Normani, you asshole."She says as she gets up. I groaned missing the contact.

"After we get ready I get my kisses?" I ask, hopefully.

"Maybe I will think about it."She says.

"You shouldn't do this to me. I need my daily dose of Camz kisses." I say in my baby voice.

"Let's just get ready." She says.

   We finish getting ready and end up in the kitchen with Mani. I have yet to get my kisses.

"Camz." I whine.

"What?" She asked slightly annoyed.

"Kisses?" I say in a baby voice.

"Ughh. Only because you are too cute." She says as she gives me multiple pecks on my lips and I kiss her back. I get the butterflies in my stomach.

"Okay enough of this crap. Camren needs to tone it down." Normani says.

"You just mad Dinah hasn't asked you to be her girlfriend." I say.

"She hasn't asked you?" Camila asked.

"No she hasn't."Normani says.

"What? I thought she did. Wow I have been so caught up in Lauren I haven't talked to Dinah or Ally." She says.

"Well Dinah is pretty busy too. But Lo guess who's coming tonight." Normani says.

"You, Camz, Dinah, Ally, Keana, Lucy, Vero and I think Alexa." I say.

"Alexa can't make it, but Maia is gonna be there." She says.

"What? Are you fucking kidding me?" I say incredulously.

"No, Keana invited her." She says.

"I swear I'm going to kill fucking Keana." I say.

"Maia? As in your old fuck buddy?" Camila asked.

"Yeah her. Ugh she fuking hates my guts." I say.

"That's what you get for being a fuckgirl." Normani says.

"I was not a fuckgirl. She never told me she was developing feelings for me. How was I supposed to know." I say.

"Everyone knew. Are you stupid? You know how many girls liked you and you would just pass on like it's nothing." Normani says.

"I never knew. The only girl I knew liked me was Camz." I say proudly.

"Well duh. Camila was all heart eyes emoji and you liked her back that doesn't count. Also that was after your fuckgirl phase."Normani states.
