APPS TO USE AND WHAT THEYRE FOR and cost

Phonto: background making, text, filters, very aesthetic edits. In terms of cost you can pay for expansion packs but they aren't horribly expensive.
Example of phonto edit

This is a lyric edit I made with Olivia by one direction. The photo is from weheartit and the text is trebuchet sans with a pastel pink background and the filter is clamp. These take probably all of three minutes to make.

LINE camera: line camera (formerly aillis) is used for drawing on images and that cool glitch 3D filter

I made a Lockscreen of Brendon with this filter. When you see the Glitter collage icons those are usually embellished by line camera filters and pens.

Pics art: literally the greatest app ever for layouts and outlines. I mainly use it to make base layouts for my current Instagram theme and every once and a while trace over a photo to make an outline.

I used picsart to add the images in in an order I liked. Then I used the clamp filter in phonto and found a PNG of the TONIGJT alive logo to use.

Eraser: this app is so fucking underrated. It's used to make transparents.
