I am a scientific person and I may not show it. The truth is we're all using au wrong and it's driving me fucking crazy. We should be using the term "parallel universe" because it's the same as earth, just the literal things the people are doing. Ie. "Parallel universe where Brendon urie isn't an ass"
An alternate universe is a totally different thing. Maybe in an au you're not human and my chemical romance never existed in the first place. An alternate universe is something different we truly haven't thought to tackle yet. We just know it may exist.
For all we know we're living in a parallel universe of an alternate universe inside someone's head. And I probably just confused the shit out if you. We're all born to die anyway.
