THE HALF TRUTH

The next page was missing.It looked like someone tore it.
What did her grandpa want to say?
And...her parents were murdered by demons?
And her grandpa used to be a fallen angel who was forgiven by God?
Almost everything was obvious!That's why she had those dreams!They were related to her family's past.
However,she had learned the half truth.
Despite that,Marylin was still shocked after everything she had read.
A car tooted outside.It was miss Melissa!They should leave!
Marylin took the diary with her and went out of house.

When she went into the car,miss Melissa noticed that she was pale,concerned and nervous.
"What's going on?Did you learn anything?"miss Melissa asked.
"Uh...Nothing!Absolutely nothing!I am carried away by the emotion!"she lied.
Miss Melissa just shrugged and started to drive.

They had been back to Helston.
Marylin couldn't sleep.She was reading the diary over and over.
The last phrase:If only she knew that
And then nothing!Marylin knew that the truth was half.
There were more.
She would learn!But how?
All of a sudden,Marylin recalled something.Or someome.
The stranger to the beach!
What if he was a demon?
And all those strange things that happened while she was gripped by her visions?Her behaviour was bizzare.
Marylin was feeling so tired.
The door knocked.
"Who is he?"
"It is me!Andrew!"
She hadn't seen him for days!
Anyway,she hided the diary under her blanket.
"Come in!"
Andrew went inside smiling.He hugged her and kissed her hair.
Marylin shuddered and her heart was beating fast.
"Hi!"she said feeling awkard.
"How are you?Look!I am sorry if I acted like a jerk!Maybe your "dreams" were actually related to your family.You are not angry with me,are you?"Andrew asked.
Marylin smiled.How could she be angry to him?He was her only friend.
Marylin kissed his cheek.
"I am not angry with you,idiot!I just  needed some space!I had so much to think!"
Andrew smiled gently.Then,his eye caught a picture at the bedside table.
"What is that?"
Marylin forgot also to hise the photo!
Andrew took that picture and  was prying it.
"That's...my...parents and me!"
Andrew looked her spellbound.
"Where did you find it?"
"I visited my family home.Don't ask how!I  have made Melissa tell everything!"Marylin said.
"And tell me.What did you learn?"
"Umm...My parents were murdered.We don't know who was the murderer and...my grandpa sent me to this hell..."she meant the orphanage.
Andrew looked her with compassion.His green eyes shone.
"I am so sorry"she said while he was standing up from a chair.
He was approaching  her.He  touched her cheeks.Their faces were so closed together.
Andrew would kiss her.Their lips would unite.
All of a sudden,something dropped off her bed.
It was the diary.
Marylin felt like her breath would cut.
"What's that?"
Andrew picked it up from the floor.Marylin grabbed it from his hands.
"It is personal!"she said in a cold eye.
Awkard silence.
"Um...Okay.I am going now.I will see you at school,okay?"
She nodded.
Andrew left by closing the door behind it.
Marylin fell in bed,making a sign of relief.
On the other hand,she still had to discover the rest of the truth.
