Chapter 9: Tour

I look awful but who cares I don't even have a chance with any of them anyway.

My eyes land on Jimin first, who gives me a reassuring smile. Next, Jhope and Jin eyeing me carefully like I'm a criminal. Then, I see Suga nodding slightly as if telling me to go on. V also smiles at me but he proceeds waving at Elsa. Elsa transforms into a shy girl. I ship them!

Rap Monster pats V's shoulder and smiles at V. He doesn't make eye contact with either of us though. Then, there's Jungkook. He's still glaring at me. Such a brat. I can't figure out why he has such a nice personality when I research about him. I feel sort of sad that reality suddenly ruins the image I painted of him.

It's impossible for us fans not to think about our idols as perfect beings. We often feed our minds with false information just so our imaginations are pleased.

Despite being aware of that, I still hoped you turned out to be the man of my dreams, Kookie. :(

I am brought back to reality as Elsa nudges me and speaks to them,
"She wants to say something to you guys."

First before anything else, I bow then say, "Uhm. Sorry for how I acted earlier. And also for waking up really late and making you wait. Thank you for giving us the privilege of staying with you in this nice hotel. I promise to make it up to you, someday."

That wasn't so bad, was it?

Lightening up the atmosphere, "Why so formal?" Suga asks me. He smiles and proceeds, "Would you mind letting that someday be today?"

I am confused. But still I reply with, "Uhh. Sure. What could I do to make it up to you?"

He shows his gummy smile. "Tour us around."

"Sure. Okay. We can do that." I agree without second guessing.

In cue, all of them jump in celebration. They all acted like they've just won the lottery.

Elsa then tells Namjoon, "I told you she'd agree."

Namjoon replies, "I thought she was conscious of her grades. You know, maybe she didn't want to cut classes for us."

"Naaah. We value you too much." Elsa nonchalantly replies.

I somehow notice Namjoon change his expression; from a capable leader vibe to a shy schoolboy. How did they even get so close? What did I miss?

Anyway, they must have planned this to happen. I feel so framed.

Shocked as I already am, Elsa goes ahead and announces to everyone,
"Let's go to the beach?"

Namjoon regains his composure and strongly nods his head saying, "That's a great idea. Jin-shi, why don't you call our manager. Tell him to rent a bus for us."

Jin then replies, "Yeah. But do you girls have extra clothes with you?

Elsa and I look at each other, "No, we forgot about that part." I say.

"That's okay. Jungkook, Taehyung, mind letting these ladies borrow your clothes?" Jin asks.

Before even Jin finishes his sentence, Jungkook throws me a pair of baggy shorts and a white tee.
I don't even thank him. I just glare at him back.

Is he psychic or something? What's his problem, seriously? Uggggh.

I see V lending Elsa a black shirt and joggers. He even bows before giving it to her. I overhear Elsa saying, "No, really, thank you. This is perfect. Thank you."

While I'm here starting to hate on my bias, my best friend's having her fairytale story unfold in front of her eyes. Elsa's smiling like an idiot now as V guides her outside the room.

I'm left inside with the others. They talk to each other in Korean while I start fixing some of the things inside the pink neon bag we brought with us. I don't really mind them.

At this point, I'm going to regret ever being smitten over Kookie. Kookie, wae? Why are you so cruel to me? You were nice at first. What happened?

Just then someone lightly taps my back. I turn and see cutie Jimin smiling widely.

"Hi! Excuse me, want help?" He asks.

"It's fine. No need, thank you though." I reply.

"I want to help you." He insists.

Accidentally, he grabs my hand instead of the towel I was going to pack.

He freezes and exclaims, "Waaah! You have small handseu!"

He holds both of my hands and marvel at them.

I am left there awkwardly just letting him take possession of my hands for the time being.

The situation was cut short when V and Elsa suddenly call everyone out.

"Guys, the bus is here." V says.

"But I haven't even gotten myself ready yet." I murmur.

Jungkook probably hears me because I hear him grumble from a distance, "That's because you woke up late, pabo."

Everyone goes out the room, except Jimin and me. I just noticed that he hasn't let go of my other hand. Gee, does he like small hands that much?

I grab the last thing I needed, my phone, before asking him, "Let's go?"

Jimin nods, picking up the bag and carrying it for me. He then leads me all the way towards the bus. I swear I was about to die from walking while holding his hand.

We arrive at the entrance of the bus but before going inside I ask him. Cause I was just so ashdgjksfgdjfb it bothered me to the highest level.

"Jimin.. oppa. Aren't you going to let go of my hand?"

He seems so surprised and looks at his hand intertwined with mine. And then lets go as fast as he realizes what he was doing.

Did he seriously not know?! PAAAAAAAARK JIIIIIMMIIIIIIN!!!!!

"Oh sorry." He says, letting go of my hand and scratching the back of his head.

"Uhh. It's okay oppa. Let's go in already, everyone's waiting." I say to him.

"You first."
Such a gentleman.
You're not going to regret letting me in. I am going to find us the best seats.

But when I entered the bus, someone literally just pulls me and sits me down by force.

I had no time to react as I see who did that.

JEEEEOOOOOOOOOON JUNGKOOOOOOOOOOK! I am not sitting with youuuu.

He then blocks any hopes of me getting out of my seat as he sits on the aisle side. I am beside the window. At the very front of the bus with a steel bar, imprisoning me in front!

I couldn't believe how mad I was. I was planning on sitting with Jimin.

Jungkook faces me and says the best possible line,

"I have no choice, okay? Your friend told Namjoon hyung to ask me to sit with you."
